My husband is in the beaver jail and has been there for two years beaver post office. They quit receiving mail at the street address at the jail and so a number of packages were returned to me for which I had to resend they also (I'm assuming) just trashed all postcards because he has still not received them it took a while to figure out what was going on, the rules for mail are very particular with the jail so originally I asked the jail but we finally found the issue. The post office was difficult to work with they refused to help I had to ask my postmaster in my hometown. They cost me a lot of extra money unnecessarily and were rude on top of it. Their policy changed over-night and without warning. This is one of our only ways to connect not to mention the legal documents that got gummed up and sometimes even lost completely. Beaver post office is a nightmare can i fedex letters?
