Terrible service. Have gone twice and have been told that the person that is in charge will be calling me because he is not in the post office. Still waiting for his call. First time I went had to wait in line in the lobby for more than an hour because they were processing passports. When I finally got to the front of the line—I was directed to the person in charge who told me the lock on my mail box would be changed sometime that day and I would get a call to get key. A month passed -no call, no key. Went to office again and was told by the lady there had been no request done. She said she’d take my name and phone number and that I’d get a call from the person in charge. So far no call. Waiting and complaining about the terrible service.

I have pictures where an employee at zapata post office did not close the boxes they were all opened people can steal information that is not professional at all y’all about poor lake of workers somethings must be done. I’ve even been calling the Zapata post office to let them know about what happened with the boxes on “Seneca Drive” by falcon Lake Estates east but no one picks up the phone ever always short on staff please hire more people and people that actually need or want the job.

You should consider going back to school.

Postmaster complaint: We in Zapata have had our boxes change to a physical address. I received a package at the old address(box address) and the package was sent back. This is a small office and she knows me because I send 5 to 10 packages a week. There have been other problem which she has not been the most helpful. Most of the employees at this office are most helpful. It this attitude continues I will be using UPS. Have another home in Oklahoma and USPS is great there. Thank you for your understand on this matter.

I have a box in 6708 STOP 67a which is too big to remove with the key I have. It will have to be removed from the back where only the post office personel have a key I told them this morning at about it and it is still insde the box. HELP.
