Within the last 90 days I have failed to receive two packages of medication from two different vendors. Both tracking numbers showed they arrived in Wylie but were forwarded to Plano where they were never locate. Product issues have been resolved but yo may have an internal problem of theft or ignorance. The last loss was of little value but the tracking number was 9374889670012931164828. No need to contact me this was FYI.
That was no help to me. I just wanna make sure it’s coming to Wylie Texas 415 S. 1st St. and not going back to Oklahoma for a second time even so it came from Austin Texas going to Wylie Texas why it went to Oklahoma I don’t know.
I don't understand why the Wylie Post Office cannot maintain the package boxes out here at Redwood at the Lake on the side that does not have the covered mailboxes. It is always very difficult to get the box to open when we put the key in it that the carrier puts in our individual boxes. This time I cannot open it at all, and now I have to wait for the carrier to come back tomorrow. Well I will be leaving early in the morning for an out of town trip and won't be back until Sunday, and once it sits in this Texas heat all weekend, IT WILL BE RUINED! I will expect replacement of my cost if it is.
I am not getting mail . I live in duplex and mail carrier puts my mail in different mail boxes all down street. Missing very important papers. Wylie . Texas 75098 mail box clearly marked
The delivery person for Lonesome Dove in Wylie continually puts the wrong mail in our mailboxes. Today he was one house off on the entire street. This is getting to be ridiculous
Our neighborhood is still under construction. Today our USPS officer could have easily driven past our mailbox since it was blocked by the construction crew's work vehicle. She did not. She got out of her vehicle and delivered the mail. It doesn't seem like a lot but I am so grateful that she took the time to ensure that we received our mail. Thank you to the USPS officer for taking care of us in Kreymer Estates.
I live in Rowlett, but if I have postal needs I use Wylie. Wylie postal service and there employee are friendly and very resourceful. And open on Saturday!!!!!
