Bella Vita Apts. on Solon Rd. -- Sick to death of the post office saying package has been delivered and it HAS NOT been delivered!! Either they are stealing or putting in wrong mailbox. This is second time in a month a package via Amazon has NOT been received even though via tracking number shows delivered. WORST POST OFFICE AND EMPLOYEES!!! GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!!!!!!!
This post office charges people to receive mail at their home address. Rented a house with a mailbox hanging on the front of the house. No mail for 2 months. Was advised I must purchase a key for another box to receive mail. Pretty sure this is illegal. We pay taxes for this service and shouldn’t be required to make a purchase to receive mail. I’ll be using a different mail service. Not giving another penny to a government office trying to rip off citizens.
The mail lady for the pioneer point neighborhood decided to verbally attack my mother for “comments people say about her on Facebook” my mom was simply out grabbing her mail. The lady has been reported many times, evidence included and you guys have done nothing. I am not going to let her disrespect my loved ones for no reason. She is lazy and frankly she’s a b*tch. Either do something about it or I will reach out to people above you. Everyone is tired of her attitude, she has no respect for anyone but herself.
I moved to Waxahachie last September 2020 and I have had to deliver more of my neighbor's mails to them than I have ever had to in any other state. I get the wrong mail every week yet I am missing some of own. I kindly deliver the other person's mail to them but I have not been so lucky. I wish they would be a bit more careful.
We mailed out 10 birthday cards from this office in May. Six of those cards were never received by the recipients. I know that May is graduation month and a lot of checks might be included in cards. Clearly there’s a theft problem with someone working in the Waxahachie post office. Avoid at all costs.
Waxahachie postal service sucks been at address almost 30years and they have been screwing up every since. They put missed delivery or mailbox full that's slot of bull____! I shit outdoors and watch them just drive away and never get out of vehicle and always delivering to the wrong address!!!!!!!

Your carriers will say they attempt delivery. They do not. My camera shows her putting a piece of paper in my mailbox and going on with her day. This piece of paper said “unable to deliver” the reason Amazon posted from the carrier is that she couldn’t get to the front door.
Mind you the door isn’t blocked and the driveway is clear. Your employees are lazy
I have not gotten MY mail for days! I have gotten all of my different neighbors mail every single day. Where is MY mail!!! The house number is on my house in numbers 8 inches high! How hard is it to get 152 Sapphire Lane in 152's box? And why does no one at the post office answer the phone!?!?

The delivery person working Pigg Road in Waxahachie has been placing everyone's mail in the incorrect mail boxes or just throwing the mail away. I have been waiting on a government parcil for over a month and a half. Requested redelivery from the government thinking it certainly couldn't be a delivery mistake. They did resend it over a week ago, and still nothing. Isn't it a federal offense to disrupt mail service? I do not believe government employees are above the law. Called the post office and the phone rang continuosly until someone picked it up and hung up. TWICE! Email corrispondence from now on for me. I'm not sure what is going on but it appears we will all have to turn to the internet and just do away with snail mail.
WAXAHACHIE post office has not been delivering mail to over 30 customers at this address 3769 parks schoolhouse road if they do they put in wrong mail box. Numerous complaints with no help. They will return to sender rather than deliver. Only 15 boxes are out there with names address lot number ect. What's the problem?
Had the worst experience with this post office! The supervisors are not PROFESSIONAL! Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. They have no idea what they are doing. When you speak to the Supervisors, all they have to say is "SORRY".
I am getting more and more disillusioned by the service at the Waxahachie post office and the whole post office system in general. The mail carrier we have is fantastic! However, I am a regular shipper because I do online sales, More often than not in the last 2-3 weeks - my packages seem to be stuck (according the the tracking information) in either Irving or Coppell, and are NOT getting to my buyers in a timely matter, if at all. I have called many times, and no one answers. I stop by and am assured that a supervisor will call, but it's rare if they do. And even when they do, they have no way to tell where my packages are. I am seriously contemplating sending all my items through UPS even though it costs more due to the awful service from the post office.
I am not happy with the help that I am getting with the post office in Waxahachie or on line . I sent a priority mail express on the 21 of July . An still has not made it to where I sent it . An no one is helping fine out why they do not have it yet . To day is August the 1 .An still have got any knowing were it is.

Don’t try to call them they will not answer I’ve had an address for two years and I still get Waxahachie High school mail and I get a Mike Lewis mail I have talk to these people till I’m blue in the face to tell them I’ve had the mailbox two years...Please help if you know who can stop this.
I live at 103 Chautauqua Dr and also did not recieve any mail. We too don,t recieve mail on average until after 5:00. Will be calling today to see if we will recieve any today. Very poor service. Who do we complain too?
I live at 403 Victorian Drive in Waxahachie. My mail often is not delivered until after dark and was not delivered at all on Friday or Saturday following Thanksgiving. What should we expect in mail delivery? I carried mail at one time, and this kind of service would not have been tolerated.
Packages are ROUTINELY not delivered as notified. Today, I received a notification from Amazon that a package was delivered at 7:39 pm : 'YOUR PACKAGE WAS HANDED OFF DIRECTLY".
It was not delivered.

I paid extra for next day delivery. USPS did not deliver as indicated.

It's 6:30pm on a Wednesday and a letter I put in my mailbox this morning at 8am--still has not been picked up. The mail service in my neighborhood (Garden Valley) is unpredictable---at best. Perhaps it is time for taxpayers to cut loose this money pit of a mess and let it fail.
I want to commend Ed, Waxahachie Post Office Delivery Supervisor and Customer Advocate. When I could get no help elsewhere with a lost/undeliverable package, Ed helped me in 5 minutes. I had 3 mail order prescriptions sent by ExpressScripts a few days ago. When I went to track delivery, both DHL and USPS showed an Error of "undeliverable, incorrect address". When calling Express Scripts twice and only getting "If you do not get this in 30 days, call us back and we will see about sending again". WTF??? They offered NO help or assistance in tracking down and finding resolution to the problem, only the repeated phrase "I apologize".....? I took a shot and went into the Post Office. I very nice lady behind the counter immediately passed this on to Ed, who came out, took the information, went back and researched, AND came back 5 minutes later with package in hand. It had gotten into the wrong route. Thank You Ed, and nice lady behind counter (sorry, did not get her name)!!!
Started out with mail being delivered after 7 or 8 pm during the week to now only getting mail delivered 2 days a week. Several of my bills are not getting here before the due dates which I never had a Problem with before. Can someone fix this please?! Black champ and longbranch area
The postal person that now deliveries mail to the Settlers Glen Sub- Division in Waxahachie has left packages on top of the mailbox at the street. Also, when they do deliver to door it's at the porches edge for all to see. Please do better. Concern citizen
I along with others in our RVPark have complained about the mail carrier putting mail in wrong boxes. To this day i have had to deliver mail to 3 people there that mail carrier left in my box. And i find my mail most times in others boxes or on the ground. Could you please get this issue delt with? Thank you.
All I can get on their local published tele # is a busy signal. I've even tried late at night just to see if it will actually ring. They've called me twice asking me to return their call and and I cannot reach them. If anyone who works there is treated like this when they try to do business somewhere else, I'm sure they would be unhappy.
Do not trust Waxahachie US mail to deliver your mail even close to on time.
I just received on 05/17/17 two pieces of urgent mail mailed on 04/04/2017 and 04/05/2017. My water bill came the same way and I had to pay a penalty for being late.
I have no ides how many have been missed.

This Post Office is HORRIBLE! I have been living in this town for almost a year, I am handicap in a wheelchair and have made a minimum of 4 attempts to discuss my limitations with this Post Office. My mailbox is located across a bust street of which I cannot go to, they have not made any attempts to help me. They NEVER deliver packages to my door and leave notices in my mailbox (found in the mail and collected when my husband comes home once weekly from his out of town job that attempts were made to deliver. Josh or Jason (i'm to upset to remember his name) claims he is the manager just hung up in my face after first trying to say i didn't answer the door, then I must not have a door bell, then when these scenarios didn't work he said the mailman had restrictions and can't lift packages so if he can't "drive" into my driveway he cannot deliver the package. I told him all the mailman would have to do was to walk into the gate and deliver the package, he told me NO, I would need to leave the big gate open so that they could drive in. (So apparently it's my fault for being handicap and not feeling comfortable leaving access for anyone to just drive to my front door). So as I told him I could not believe what he was saying to me he started saying goodbye, I told him I was not done, he told me "I have customers", I told him "I am a customer" and he hung up in my face. This is not my first run in with this "manager" it's always the same he is horrible, he's rude and disrespectful, I HATE THIS POST OFFICE
This post office should be shut down. Red Oak gives much better service. I have been trying to get a key for the community mailbox in my complex since I moved to this address on November 1.They lost my hold mail card. The post master won't call me back. Consumer affairs is no help. All I hear is a different lie from them every day. I still don't have access to my mail and have only had held mail 2 times in the last month. All they are concerned with us that they're short handed and working long hours. They say there is a different carrier nearly every day doing my area. There is no accountability. Customer service is not a priority for them. No wonder UPS and Fed-Ex is taking their business.
