1820 San Jacinto. I have asked numerous times for the mailman to stay off my grass. I guess they don't what that means. Today I reminded him again and he couldn't hear me brcause he had his ear buds on. I invest to must time and money on my grass for someone to walk across it because they are to lazt to take an extra 10 steps.

This place SUCKS! Nobody ever knows what they are doing when I go in there, just standing around looking at each other. If you call, it will ring and ring and ring. Seriously they don't even know how to answer the phone, it's not hard! PICK IT UP AND SAY HELLO!

This post office sucks..they don't answer the phone , lose your package and take no responsibility for it. This is why ppl chose FedEx but now you got to go get into FedEx business and mess it up.

Y’all need to get people who can tell the difference between number & letters. There’s has been multiple items that say “delivered” but were never delivered to my address. Turns out they ended up at someone else’s house. This happens to me way too often. Y’all need to fix this issue! Y’all need to hold mail delivery people accountable for delivering items to the wrong address. Maybe get warnings or write ups or even fired for doing such thing! People need their mail delivered to the right address that’s on the label & on time! This is horrible service form USPS

I sent a box up north on 11 19 and was told it would be delivered by 11 23 and as of yet it still hasn't arrived I mean for 21 dollors and told it would be delivered by a weren't time that isn't right .it would have been fun dollors by ups and been thair on Monday teaching no is 9505513020410324452812 I would expect a call explaining why it isn't thair yet 3619208354. Contents is at a value of 200$ I wasn't ask if I wanted addenial ins on this and I notice 50$ is all you covering counting price to send it.hell no I won't send things through the post office no more

Acabo de recibir el pasaporte de mi hija Cristina Stephanie Cervantes y me lo entregaron el dia viernes 21 de agosto del 2020,no me entregaron la acta de nacimientode ella ,quiero que por favor me la regresen por que la mujer que me atendio dijo que me lo regresaban con el pasaporte. el recepiente fue 840-57800111-4-4552520-2 pague 161.25 , lo que me preocupa es la acta de nacimiento de ella que no regreso,y ya me dijeron que hay muchos de identidad,fue una senor de edad entre 45 0 50 anos que nos atendio.por favor regresen la acta de nacimiento. cistina nacio el 26/08/2020 en michigan.

I had stopped my mail for one week I went to San Houston mail post office to get it and they said it was not there and the mail man had it. My mailman came and he did not have it Upset—now I have to go Back tomorrow to Check on it. Get your act together mail service!!!
