I am new to Van Alstyne, moved into a new neighborhood but the postal service has not giving us a key to our postal box. I have been in the house for over a week and have changed my address on many company websites, but I can not get my mail because of the postal service not setting up the neighborhood and distributing postal keys to access our mail.

On 1-5-2021, approximately 10:50am my package was jammed into my mailbox and I could barely get it out. There was a second package jammed in behind it. I hurt my hand trying to get it out and a piece of wood fell out from the bottom of my mailbox. The second package was a neighbors. I don’t know how the carrier got them both in my box. It would have been easier to bring it to my door. There have been many issues in the past. But, this time my hand was hurt. USPS just doesn’t care anymore.

Instead of delivering a package today, a re-delivery slip was put into my mailbox. I am working form home all day and am looking straight at the mailbox and the delivery person. Because the package is big and heavy they did not even bother to deliver it, but just put the slip into my mailbox. I tried to call at 3 pm, and nobody is picking up. Good Customer Service is none of the above.

I live off of Cates Rd and have not been getting daily mail for the last 2 weeks. Is something going on the mail service? I usually get at least something everyday

Just saw the Mail Services employee knock our garbage can over, looked back to see what she had done, and then drove off. I get she is in a hurry to get the mail delivered, but she could have easily drove around the can and backed up a little to deliver the mail or God forbid, actually step out of the vehicle if she cant manage to maneuver around the can, there is no justification to knock it over and not have the courtesy to stop and pick it up
