I would like to obtain a post office box for our hunting club. We do not need a very big one, something to hold letters that we receive no more than 1 every month or so. Can I stop in and arrange this? Can you automatically ding our bank account monthly for this? Thanks, Ambers Crenshaw WM Searcy Rod and Rifle Club

Over the past two years I have had too many problems with the Trinity, Texas Post Office . . . packages not delivered, mail not delivered, lost mail, the rural carrier routinely indicates that packages have been delivered and they aren't actually delivered until the following day, important mail sent to my former P.O. Box but never returned to the sender (try getting a new driver's license when the post office doesn't return one with the incorrect address because it was not forwarded to my new address or having medication refilled when it was not returned). I have spoken with the postal carrier (he doesn't care), a postal clerk, and the postmaster many times. It never changes. This place is a disgrace. I would get a P.O. box again but I am disabled and cannot always find someone to take me.

The service is awful. They lie about leaving packages in your box and dont even leave a slip to pick up at the post office..just throw everyone's mail together..and dont bother to call the local post office in Trinity because you are never going to get anyone!

I don't know what changes have taken place but they definitely need a new Postmaster. Horrible service! Half the time we don't get our packages, they say it's been delivered but it hasn't. The phone number is always busy, you can't get through to anyone to get assistance. Very frustrating..

Sorry, sorry service here....no packages are EVER delivered, a notice left in box, but not always. Have been to post office several times picking up holiday deliveries, YET, saw on retailer website that 2 packages were returned because “no authorized recipient available”. HOGWASH. Not just me, whole neighborhood treated similarly.

Never get my orders because of address at home. They need to find me at my house address which just happens to be my address for 911 which is the emergency address.
