No one ever answers the phone at the Texas City, Texas Post Office…. I do not have a Tracking Number to a package they say was delivered on August 29th at 12:07 and my package has not been found at my address!!!!!!!!

I have some stuff from Amazon for a package and the key didn’t work…so iwent back again and the key is not there anymore….

IN 2021 I HAD BEEN TO THE POST OFFICE ABOUT MY MAIL BEING PLACED ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF MY DOOR , SEVERAL TIMES , THEIR IS NO MAIL BOX AT MY ADDRESS BECAUSE MY MAIL WAS BEING STOLEN AND I WAS GETTING PAID BY THE MAIL. I WAS ASSSURED THIS WOULD BE ADDRESSED AND TAKEN CARE OF, I DO HAVE A P.O. BOX .ON 01/17/2022 I OPEN MY DOOR TO FIND MAIL ADDRESSED TO MY P. O. BOX UNDER THE SCREEN DOOR. ON 01/18/ 2022 AT 0839 AM I GO TO THE POST OFFICE IN TEXAS CITY ,TEXAS TO SEE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND WAS TOLD HE IS NEVER IN, I WAS TOLD TO FILL OUT A COMPLAINT FORM. I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND ,WHY MAIL ADDRESS TO P.O. BOX ENDED UP AT MY DOOR,THEIR IS NO MAIL RECEPTABLE AT MY HOME FOR OVER 30 YEARS ,ALL I AM ASKING IS TO PLACE MY MAIL IN P. O. BOX AT THE POST OFFICE THAT I PAY FOR. I HOPE THIS GETS TAKEN CARE OF. DORA AMEY

I am notifying your office that I will be complaining to the district office and post master general office. We have lived here now for approximately 20 years. During this time we have requested, using your yellow card form and online service, to stop our mail during trips. The latest was last week ( Dec 20 - 27) confirmation #CAH416748522. These requests are NEVER ACCOMPLISHED. The mail carrier just stuffs the box until the mail is falling on the ground, pill deliveries included, come rain or hot sunshine. This last time we thought they might have held some of it, so I went into the office to check. I was met by your Crystal who was very bothered that she had to go to the back to check. Then, when there was nothing she was perturbed that I bothered her for nothing. When I told her it was supposed to be stopped she rudely replied “well obviously it wasn’t”. When I tried to discuss it with her she was just very dismissive. I really have complained to your office before, but no changes have occurred. I live in a neighborhood where we have mail box blocks. So if I get a package larger than my 3x3 box they leave a key that will open a larger box. The lock is broke and I can't retrieve my package. I have tried to call the local and the national number. YOU CANT GET TO A LIVE PERSON. SMH

This post office is stealing people's stimulus checks I was supposed to receive a check on January 6,2021 but it is not there you have gone as far as taking a photo of it and e mailing it to my husband as soon as he received it he went to the Texas City post office but you all act like it was never there .I want my check and someone needs to lose their job this is screwed up

Man - your place as a business SUCKS !!!!!! I tried for 2 hrs to get someone to answer the phone then I went down in person and STILL could not see the Delivery Supervisor for packages not delivered. I was told to fill out a form. Why not fire everyone there and start over????? You need to see what real businesses do in the world.....

I received text today that my package had been Deliver to my resident 2313 21st. Avenue North which it was not because as soon as the driver pull off I went to check mailbox n only a magazine was in the mailbox, so I know this information is inaccurate. This has previous happen before by he same regular driver in this area n are unacceptable. Previous, I have reported this behavior n to was brush off as he one of the good guy n she couldn’t understand what could had happen. This is unacceptable & my tracking number is 9400111899562099832347 which stated it was deliver at 12:00, but I know it was not which I do not know whether it was deliver somewhere else but I do not have my package- My number is 2814144986. Your office is closed is the only reason I had not come in person to address this incident today

What is he protocol for the postal delivery if a vehicle is blocking the mailbox? There was a vehicle blocking my mailbox. I noticed the mail carrier went around and did not deliver my mail. I had to flag her down and ask for my mail. My question is, are mail delivery personnel supposed to pass up the mail box and not deliver the mail if there is a vehicle blocking the mailbox approach. Just because there is a vehicle blocking my mailbox does not mean the vehicle belongs to me. Unfortunately, I can not control other people parking on the curb. In my opinion, a vehicle blocking the mailbox should not constitute my mail not being delivered. I've had this issue before years past. The carrier would leave a note on my mailbox as if the vehicle belonged to me, in which it did not. I would like your views and feed back on this issue. Art Mejia

My sister mailed me $ from this post office and when I received the card, the envelope had been slit on the side and $ missing. They made her pay extra postage because the monkey on the card had movable eyes, so I know she had the card out at this post office ( and what’s with that...I thought it was by weight.) My sister is elderly and has mild dementia and I really think that she was taken advantage of.

u guys suck bigtime at the TEXAS CITY, TEXAS POST OFFICE, every time I call since beginning of the year, not one person has answered the phone at all ever. it either never gets picked up, or someone picks it up, hits the hold music and never picks it up again. u people must really hate your jobs because you absolutely suck at it. I hate yall.
