Postal Locations

I hope the Postmaster reads this. Either our postal carrier is dyslexic or has trouble with paying attention to what he is doing. There are numerous times when we get some one else's mail. Yesterday we received our next door neighbors mail and he received ours. This was important because he received my VA meds. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

12-19-2023 Christmas card mailed from Belton to Temple address was opened before arriving to its destination. And the intended recipient is a Belton Police Officer. Luckily there was NO money for someone to steal, but someone at these post office(s) obviously committed a crime. When I called the Temple Post Office, I was transferred to a voicemail box that was full, so couldn’t even report what happened.

My nail was picked up from mailbox 2-5-23, there were 4 letters 3 got to the appropriate place, but one did not it was to Temple water dept. would please check mail truck and around where it might have fallen. Please answer or call [number removed]. Thanks

One of your Temple employees delivered a box that was too large for the mailbox today, October 16th and instead of walking 30' to my porch, decided to just leave the box on top of my mailbox. This is an unacceptable practice because it was in plain sight where anyone could have picked it up and stolen it. If this is a new example of your customer "service" then I can't imagine the Postal Department surviving. I expect much better from an employee paid by my tax dollars as well as a package that was also paid for! What's the solution?????

moving to temple, how do i get a mailbox issued to me for my neighborhood ?

I have not had any complaints that have made me want to call and complain until yesterday. Unfortunately there is no way to call. I have a locking mail box that I installed on my brick home and the mail person yesterday shoved a package into it which broke one of the screw fasteners and left my mail box hanging on one screw. I was home but don’t check my mail until my grand babies go home so it was dark. I fixed it in the dark. There was no knock to say hey this happened, I’m sorry, nothing!! I don’t appreciate that

I once had great respect for USPS, my uncles are retired carriers, but the past few months service is horrible. Not only have we had packages meant to be delivered to us held at post office up to a week, no one answers phone calls. It’s heartbreaking to see the decline in a once wonderful federal service.

I have been having often on problems with my mail for A year now. I downloaded and got the informed delivery where I get pictures of my meal each day every morning it sends to my email of what will be in my mail that day two days ago I got a picture from the IRS of my tax return it should’ve been in there that day it has never not send an email saying mail would be there and not showed up this is the second day in my tax return is still not in my mailbox I have the picture day everything on my informed delivery where is my tax return

Are you open during the snow? I have a package that will be sent back to originator Thursday if I don't pick it up at PO. It requires a signature.

I am just trying to get a personal mail box in a new subdivision but need a key. Went to Post office got a ticket with a promise that in 3 to 5 days my key would be there, post office that is. I was told to track progress on line but not seeing way to do it, maybe that should be a guide sheet. Well guess back to office every day.

I would like to let the person who answered the phone today (Friday, August 23) that I REALLY appreciated the time he took to call the postal carrier and RETURN a package back to 764 Marlandwood for my daughter. There were perishables in that package and they would be ruined to go all the way back across the country! I would also thank the delivery person for returning to the apartment complex! Over and above!

Opened my mail box today (8-2-19) and it is blocked by a package that was jammed into mailbox. Tried to chisel it out but still stuck. Carrier was in mail truck and not my usual mail carrier. She always leaves packages in the back of my house or on patio. I will be unable to get future mail since mailbox is completely blocked. What happened to common sense in people who deliver mail?poor service!

No answer when I call! I have several addresses for a nonprofit organization and now two of my addresses "no longer exist" in their database so, therefore, some of my clients' mail is being returned. These addresses have been there since the 40's and post office even put in one of those main boxes in one location yet the addresses no longer exist!

I live in the Meadows subdivision. Yesterday, i got 2 packages delivered to my house with the same number in their address but the wrong street. I took them to the correct street and gave them to the owner. I got an email from Kohls today sayong my package was delivered yesterday. It wasnt. The post office supposedly delivered it...not at my house! Today my daughter who lives across the street got 2 packages delivered to her house that were for an address with the same numerals, but not the same street!!! Im so mad! Are they hiring people who know numerals but cant read the alphabet???? What's up Temple Post Office??? Right here at Christmas, you are delivering packages people have paid a lot if money for to wrong addresses!!! In 2 days, this is 5 packages I know about!!!

no one answers the phone

I am sending this massage to try to get my mail, the driver is putting our mail in my Uncle's box. His name is Sonny Arnold. he is elderly and he is very up set that my mail is going into his box...we are probably not getting even more mail going to who knows where.Our address is 14582 State Highway 317 Temple TX. 76404. I need this straightened out NOW. I tried to call but NO One will answer the Phone. And by the looks of it we are not the only ones with the issue... Please respond to this by email, thank you.

Why did mail person not pick up our mail in our mail box?!!! Just put our mail in box. This is the 6th time. If this person is not punished, this will not stop. I am sick in bed & had to get up & go to post office to drop my mail off, why?

I have tried to talk to someone at the main office but only get a recording telling me the operator will answer my call. Then I hear a phone ringing so I get excited thinking a real person will be on the other line but NO. The ringing only turns to a busy signal. I don't think this is anyway a Post Office should be operating.

My lawyer sent me important papers to sign and return 2 weeks ago from his office here in Temple. I never received them and he contacted me today asking if I ever received them. I'm also missing insurance check from my mothers death that I should have received about 10 days ago. I've also been getting mail in my mailbox that belongs to at least three different families in my neighborhood. What is going on with USPS!! This is not good!!!!!

I have video and pictures of mail truck 0202916 parked in a handicap parking spot at the temple chic-fil-a on 9/2/2017 at 2:15 pm. Not only parked there but hanging out to eat his lunch there.

I was able to track a package that was delivered by someone there about 12:00 today. It was "left at the front door or porch". I guess you have someone who can't read doing deliveries Sundays. There is NO package left at the front door or porch-- if it had been taken to the front door the door would have slid open and he could have brought it right in and left it with the gal at the front desk. This is the SECOND time a package from Amazon for me has been misdelivered.

I have called several times today trying to find out where my Amazon order is at as well as my regular mail. No Answer it just rings about 6 times and then gives a busy signal. This is a business and we rely on our postal service to be top notch and at best it is poor. We have had issues in the past and been told that there is nothing that can be done. Seriously?!?! In this day and age there has to be better solution!

I have my change of address out above my post box since the 20th they still haven't picked it up but they sure knew how to put a double in my box but they couldn't pick up my change of address and now they're telling me I have to put a red thing on my box or something to show that I got outgoing mail but if I could take a picture of it and put it on here I can show you that it's plain and clear that he cannot miss it it's like if he looks at my mailbox he's looking at the change of address it's right there in his face and it's still not picked up and today's what the 26.

I asked for a package to get redelievered on 6-6-17 and I still haven't got the package it been two days already and it's still not here I called 5 times nobody answered.

I am needing to renew a passport and was told by U.S. travel department to make an appointment at my local post office. The problem is that I have called 4 times to the Temple Post Office and no one answers the call. There is no voicemail. How am I supposed to setup an appointment if I cannot get a hold of anyone to make the appointment?

I have a cluster box. It will not open and There is mail that needs my attention. I called yesterday(5 3 17) and was told someone would retrieve the mail and bring it to me that afternoon. It did not happen so I have spent 11/2 hours this morning trying to get the post office and no one will answer the phone. I need my mail. Marie

My postman is pretty good with delivering my mail.yesterday i noticed a different driver because he was super late.I was waiting on a package with tracking and out for delivery.he marked it as delivered.in fact he never came to the door.I'm looking right out my front door.he drives by.smh

Dear Temple post office supervisor, I called about a month ago and filed a complaint against the mail lady who delivers mail to my house about constantly bringing me a neighbors mail one street over and not mine. It seems now she has taken it upon herself to start a war! Today she left me a note stating my mailbox was to far back and not lined up with the other two in front of my house! The other two are to my neighbors house on my lot in which to me who cares but my point is your asking the mailbox to my address to move... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! I have also taken pictures of how graciously you have driven and made a path in my yard with your car - have I said anything- No, I have lived at my address for going on 6 years funny how this has come to play. I have a Post office box as well in Belton and could just forward my mail but you know then I wouldn't get to see your smiling face everyday

5-Star Service! I live in Ramblewood and my postman does a superb job delivering my mail ~ with a smile! It's always there, despite the weather, parked cars, rowdy children, unruly dogs ~ whatever! Well done, USPS!

Horrible service! We moved to Temple back in April and have had nothing but bad service from our mail man. We constantly get other people's mail and have the most trouble getting our packages delivered. they also had to repackage some of our mail because it was damaged. I am currently waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago.

Who ever deliver out to ratibor fm 2086 drives a black jeep F**K YOU 1st u seen the dog so u through the package in drive way even though he is very friendly 2nd the dog chewed up package 3rd u delivered to the wrong address u f**king dumb a*s I will give u an ear full next time I see your b***h a*s

To whoever delivers to Foxhill took it upon themselves to return all my mail to the senders. Not your call and in fact I will file my change of address WHEN MY ADDRESS CHANGES.

The mail lady who delivers for 3000 West Adams Ave in Temple, Tx drives far to fast though the apartment complex. In the oast she has nearly hit my husband while he is leaving the complex due to failure to look both ways before entering the main road after delivering mail...there is no excuse...there is posted speed limits of 10 mph and she is going far faster. Please get this addressed asap! Thanks

I have lived in Temple for over two years and have never had any issues with mail. That being said, just a few weeks ago I had my first lost package. I contacted the post office and they were both courteous and sympathetic in helping me to find my lost package. They put me through to a supervisor who not only was able to find my package but called me back within the hour with where my package was and a solution to get it to me. Thank you again!

I have tried to call numerous times and on different days. The phone always has a busy signal. I feel the employees are leaving the phone off the hook frequently to avoid phone calls. I have tried to reach them about a package they failed to deliver. I want to confirm they have it before I drive to the unsafe part of town which holds the main post office. I would also like to find out how to get them to actually deliver my packages instead of notes. My delivery email said the package was left in a parcel locker, but all I found was a postcard.

Been waiting since Friday for my package... Watched the tracking number tell me where it wa . Another day that the mail man just didn't bother coming today. I share a mailbox station with 12 other neighbors. No one has received anything. No wonder my mail man brags that he can do whatever he wants and not get fired!!! Yesterday I found quite a few mailtrucks hanging out on Main St. @5:30pm. They know the manager leaves @4:30pm. They were just hanging out long enough for her to leave yesterday. This is a systemic problem that starts at the top and the culture at this particular organization leaves much to be desired.

Our mailman apparently doesn't even come on the weekends. It's Monday afternoon and he delivered our mail to our office, but didn't pick up the outgoing mail. I went to the mailbox and our Friday mail is still in there! Just because our office is closed on the weekends doesn't mean we shouldn't get our mail!

Today is Saturday 7/9/2016. It is now 5:30 pm & still our mail has not been delivered. Any chances now for me to conduct biz at my bank are null & void until monday. WTF? This happens all the time!!!

The worst postal service by far. If you do not check your mail after 2 days they cancel all your mail And return to seneed. They have done this 2 times to me. I am livid!

HORRIBLE. They never pick up their phone, and when you do actually get through to speak with someone they put you on hold for 25+ minutes without coming back to the phone. I spoke with Rob who laughed at my situation and told me i needed to "wait and be patient" for a package that is 4 days late (that has a tracking number) but for some reason he could not give me an estimated date of delivery, or locate my package. Hate that I to go through this location for my mail.

Go to a different location such as Killeen. This office does not now the appropriate identification requirements needed. I had to call a different location in order to properly inform them of what they needed from me.
