Held my package stating “at customer request” but I most certainly did not. No delivery was even attempted. I work from home and my spouse is retired so there is always someone home. I needed my package today and now will have to go to the store to find an alternative for my event tomorrow morning. They refuse to answer their phone at 10 mins BEFORE closing too so I couldn’t even ask why they did all of this without my consent! One of our mail carriers also ripped our mailbox door off its hinges and threw it on the ground instead of having the courtesy to at least let us know! Complete garbage service!!!

Shipped a carton from eastern part of Tennessee 06/22 to Springtown, TX-. I charged my customer amount stated on USPS website according to correct weight, length, width-This carton goes through Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, and maybe even Mississippi. My customer contacts me that they will not deliver package to his home because he owes $16.00? Are you serious? You mean this carton made it through 3 states and numerous hubs only to get flagged for $16.00 to get delivered maybe 2 miles? That's like paying a bus fair and riding 500 miles and the driver stops at the county line and tries collecting more money. Are you kidding me right now! Wow.

I read already made a report about one package that was missing to the police I was going to be going out of town so the post people told me to put the mail on hold even though it would put several other people's mail on hold they said that was my only choice well I do that and I go out of town just to come home to them giving my mail to my neighbor and throwing me out of the post office because I got upset I guess everybody would get upset if their mail was given to thieves they only take addresses not names what are you thinking I am livid and I have every right I am making a police report Monday I will be pressing charges against my neighbor and the girl at the post office that wrote that I do not live here and is the one that gave her my mail one that gave her my mail

Today 8/20/20 a package that was too big to put in mailbox was thrown over the fence instead of leaving a note behind in the mailbox to let customer know they could pick up the package at the post office. IDIOTS!!!

I recently had two packages delivered not to my house but instead at the mail box that is less than an 1/8 mile form the box. I was shocked to see them thereSitting on the side of the road behind my mail in the open. one being a former postal employee know that you have to deliver to the house if a package does it easily fit in the box and it is no further than 1/2 mile from the box. Called the post office to let them know with no answer. So I will be contacting the post master at J.D.W Monday

I have tried calling the Toll Free Number and the wait was for an hour! The line to the Springtown Post Office has been busy. I have been getting the neighbors mail in my box. I held onto one and gave it to the carrier and told him I hope this is no indication that someone else is NOT getting our mail! Again today, 12/23/2019 I got the neighbors mail! What is so hard about ensuring the address is read correctly and delivered in the right box? If this continues who do I file a formal complaint with?

I have lost 1 mail last year and recently I lost 6 packages recently (all brooches) going out for my international customers.I pray that someone will investigate this USPS SPRINGTOWN, TEXAS. THERE ARE SOME DISHONEST PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE, stealing packages. I pray that God will expose that person. He/she may not be caught for how many years, but I know I have a God who is not sleeping. He will revenge for me.

This post office is in dire need of a new post master. Three times in the last year and half my carrier has mis-delivered mail/packages coming to my address. I have brought this up to the PM and it continues to happen.

Yes they do, the one I dealt with months ago was a black lady because my mail carrier is to lazy to drive up my drive and get out and leave my package on my porch, she leaves a notice in the mailbox sorry we missed you, well just happened again and both times I was home, the first time the postmaster believed her and we got into it and she would not give me her boss's name and walked away from me, well I am not going to pickup my package this time, I am making them bring it back!!!!!!!
