Why is it I'm not receiving my packages?!!! I track my packages and for some reason they're being sent back, this only seems to be happening with a certain postal employee. Everyone else puts a slip in my box to advise I have a package. This one lady doesn't even bother and just sends it back the day of its arrival!!!!!!

I tried getting information this past week and everytime l called line is busy l was trying all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was there line really busy or disconnected.

I have one issue with this post office. When I order things that come in packages and I check the tracking information, it'll tell me that the package has been delivered, yet the employees here will not put it in my box until 2 or 3 days later!

that blonde lady is horrible!! BAD attitude and BAD at everything. i went this morning and i told her why i was there and she quickly caught an attitude for no reason talking about "it's too early for me so you need to come later when I have everything sorted out" other times I go later and she sends my packages back. IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME and idk why nothing is being done about her. is there a number I can call to report to corporate?
