Today I got three different peoples mail and none of my own mail, I put it all back in the mail box. Why do you have a phone, so one answers it, you would save tax money by getting rid of it.

Horrible service..no one ever answers the phone..I get USPS INFORMED DELIVERY so I know what's coming to my mailbox but you can bet at least once a week my mail is not delivered (although neighbors on both sides get theirs) and I receive mail that is delayed for a week (like my bank checks) and I get other people's mail..I can't even check anything by phone cause no one ever answers and I live close to Perrin Bietel post office in zip code 78247 and my mail comes from Henderson Pass zip code 78232..this is unacceptable..Sandra McBride 5831 Spring Country St 78247

We get our mail through a "Cluster Box" at the corner of Stoney Meadow and Stoney Pass in the Stone Ridge subdivision in San Antonio, TX. It has been damaged for over 3 months and we have to go to the Henderson Pass post office to pick up our mail. This is not the first time our Cluster Box has been damaged and broken into. It normally has been repaired within a few weeks. Can we get an idea of when this will be repaired? I ask every time I go to pick up my mail and they clerks have no idea. I also feel that this is a burden on them to have to go and find our mail especially when there is a long line of people to mail packages. A few clerks have expressed to me that they are not happy about having to retrieve mail also. Please let me know some sort of time frame. Thank you

To: Post Master I received 14 envelopes that are for my neighbor across the street. These 14 letters are not junk mail. This are days worth of mail. Is someone else getting my mail?? Please correct this problem. I tried calling but no answer. Thank you

I repeatedly get my mail delivered to others in my neighborhood and get others mail. I show a package was delivered but no one will answer the phone at this branch and if you go in they just tell you they will get back to you and never do. No wonder the poster service is going under

I am extremely unhappy with the caliber of service provided by this branch of the USPS. I went in person to track a package that was reportedly delivered to a parcel locker. I never received it. Our personal mailbox contains mail for others in our neighborhood on a regular basis and I end up delivering the mail to them. This pkg contained prescriptions and was important. Frank, the manager, said he would put a gps on it and get back to me within the hour. That was yesterday morning!!! I called around noon yesterday, and Mark put me on hold (saying he would look into it and be right back), 30 minutes later, I was disconnected. I have yet to hear from any of them! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
