The mailman leaves everyones mail in my mailbox, all the block personal information is left in my mailbox. I don't understand how hard is it to read address numbers. I have lost all respect for this profession. They are rude and extremely unprofessional.

Horrible service! If you have a complaint and want to try to resolve the issue with the post master, you will get a response with wait here, he is in a meeting he will get to you, when he gets to you. After along time of waiting needless to say, he won’t come out to talk to you. If the issue is lock/key replacement you will have to wait for over a month for them to come and replace it. Like my post lady that had the route for my neighborhood said, they haven’t gave the replacement to her and they will replace it when they feel like it! Email/paperless is the way to go!! Mail packages through fedex!

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at this location? I'm tried of everyone using Covid-19 as an excuse not to service their customers. I get some of my mail and some of my mail gets returned to the sender for some ridiculous reason. I can't seem to get this resolved by the post office because no one answers the phone. I did get one guy that answer few days ago who said he would speak with the carrier but I have not heard back. Worthless Government Employees!

I went in to take a very important package that meant very much for me to get a receipt for I was not greeted, i waited at line for a moment, so I proceeded to approach the counter my phone in my hand because I was delivering an important package & confirming I was there the person at the counter proceeded to tell me to get off my phone or he would not help me, At his request I’ve lowered the phone from my face and held it in my hand he argumentatively told me I will not help you until you’re off your phone, continued to raise his voice & embarrass me, I told him it was important that I confirm information so the phone being in my hand will not interrupt the process he needed to do , He said go find someone else to help you, ended up not helping me & threw my package at me, he ranted a raved about taking pictures of him i was doing no such thing!! And stomping off to back and front if counter He was in the age range if 25-30, In the end I asked for a supervisor, i was in tears, I still haven’t received a phone call yet but I come to think why is that guy so afraid of phones & taking it out on me, no I don’t think so I did nothing but simply walk in there & need service of something mailed, that’s not the way you treat your customers or people in general, where is it law i must not have a phone in my hand, i get the common courtesy, but the rudeness he gave, the embarrassment, The other attendant helped me in the end and was very nice lady but after I left I realized I left my package with my name and address on it..well De’mon was his name. Im not letting you bully ppl or me.

I went to my local post office because my packages say they are at a parcel locker. It does not say where and the address they were suppose to deliver them to said they left a not, but did not put where to pick them up. My post office said they are at the Tejeda location. I went to this location when I knew my job was not accepting packages and they told me they will be picked up by main offices of the district. I have been calling for 3 days and nothing. No answer! I want to make sure my packages are there before I drive the 45-50 minutes to get them.

Hello. I’m writing about a bad experience I had today (Feb. 5, 2019) at around 2:15-2:30. I went to deliver two items. A package for someone in the states and a postcard for a friend in Taiwan. When I got to the counter one of the young black men you have working was giving me attitude. He was ringing me up and saw that I had to send a postcard to Taiwan and with a nasty tone and annoyed face he said “Taiwan?!”, gave an annoyed sign and rolled his eyes. At the end when I was getting ready to pay he was asking how I wanted to ship it. He was telling me something different than what i was seeing on the screen so when I kept saying I wanted the cheaper option I saw on the screen he laughed in my face, brought his hands close to my face, and said “You’re not listening. I just read you your options” and he kept raising his voice and making me feel stupid. Mind you there was a line of people behind me who saw how this man was treating me. How embarrassing. And at the end he didn’t even give me my tracking number for the package nor did he say “Thank you have a nice day” like the other workers have done with me. This man was beyond rude to me and I will not be returning to this location. A shame since this is only in walking distance of where I live. Now I have to go out of my way to drive to a further location all because your worker made me embarrassed and uncomfortable.

I stopped into the Frank Tejeda location on 4 Nov to mail a box, as it was the only day I had available due to an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, it was closed. Javier was in the office sorting mail and even though the office was closed, he went above and beyond to get my box stamped and tracked. I appreciate his extraordinary customer service and professionalism. His actions ensured the my son's birthday present arrived on time.

My guitar was "lost". It was never received by the post office sorting facility. Meaning it left this post office and never married at the sorting facility to be shipped out. How a 4'x2' 20lb box gets lost is beyond me. I've contacted the customer service line and have spoken with them for over 5 hours including wait time. I've been transferred to the wrong department twice. They keep saying I have insufficient evidence to be reimbursed for my guitar. I purchased insurance and forwarded the ebay/paypal/bank account details of money in and out from my account and have been denied. I'm out $350 and a guitar. I highly suggest using other delivery services. This isn't the first time this has happened but it is the first time I've tried to resolve an issue and have gotten nowhere with them. I know this has happened to more people so please post your experiences so others don't have to go through the same situation. I will be opening a case through the BBB against their policies and practices.
