Here at the Creeks of Legacy, residents are getting neighbors mail all the time, we have to walk over mail to our neighbors, they to us, its reaching epidemic proportions. Someone should seriously look into this. My drivers license should have arrived 6 weeks ago. Thanks

My mail was held while I was out of town and never delivered. I am missing packages and mail. I wonder what is happening with the Prosper USPS...?

Missing mail, AGAIN! Shows in the informed delivery, yet it is not there. I receive bills without fail, but anytime we are expecting a birthday card, it mysteriously gets "lost in the mail". I am missing a credit card, a check and 2 birthday cards that were shown on the informed delivery (delivery for different days). I received all the bills that were also on the informed delivery those days, yet have not received the credit card, the check or the birthday cards even though they were imaged. This happens time and time again. Someone in the USPS must share the same birthday of all of my family members. No how can that be?! (insert sarcasm) Hmm....

We are having problems with USPS service at our home mailing address in Prosper, TX . Within the past 2 months there have been 3 bills paid to vendors / service providers mailed from my home address that have not made it to the intended recipient address resulting in Past Due notices issued from vendors / service providers. Need to resolve the problems to alleviate ongoing situation for USPS customers.

Called several times to check on a package that an eBay seller claims to have dropped off at this post office. Tracking is showing that he printed a label but the post office is waiting for him to deliver the package to them. He swears he dropped it off 3 days ago. Was it lost at the post office? Did they forget to update the tracking info? Is he lying and never dropped it off? I have no way of finding out, because, after 5 attempts to call, they are not answering their phone.

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” That’s the United States Postal Service creed. Where’s the mail?

I keep thinking about an interaction yesterday, Jan. 29 at the Prosper post office. There were 2 of us at each of the 2 stations inside. One poster worker had her mask below her nose. A customer walked in and the worker barked “only 2 customers at a time.” I couldn’t help myself and I asked her, the improperly masked worker “do you have a reason your mask is under your nose?” And she growled “no, but I can’t breath and I’m not going to die at work.”. The hypocrisy that she could bend the rules of public safety to her liking in Federal post office was disappointing and unsafe.

My packages keep getting delivered to the wrong house. My street number is on my house. What can I do to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen?
