The Northwest Plano station is extremely inefficient and constantly makes delivery errors! This is the THIRD TIME I have missing mail and not received mail placed on "Hold" using the online system. Today is third day since my mail on hold was to be delivered (8 days worth)! After visiting the post office and speaking to both a Supervisor and the new Manager, they have no idea where my mail is or when it will be delivered!!!! The mail I did receive on the delivery date didn't include the "hold" mail. To top it off, TWO OF THE FIVE PIECES DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX THAT DAY DIDN'T BELONG TO ME! Totally unacceptable service! This poor service has been an ongoing issue for years, and each time there is an issue, I'm assured changes are being to correct the issues.......NOT! A formal complaint will be filed, but I don't expect there will be any changes based on my past experience!

Over the past 15 years, our postal carrier has been dependable, friendly and even puts up with our neighbors' cars parked in front of the mailbox! They've also had to deal with stuffed mailboxes before the holidays and are so kind. The post office at Hedgecoxe's core employees are some of the most patient people, efficient and courteous.

unreliable delivery of mail. carrier cannot get mail to the correct house. residents having to redeliver mail on street several times a month. usps nw plano seems unable to resolve. contacted nw office and was assured issue had been addressed. the usual mistake was delivery off by one house. next delivery after conversation, delivery wasn't on the right block....nice!! may be time to ask the television stations to ask "why"
