The man with the gray hair is so unbelievably unprofessional. Even teenagers in retail will come out when they hear a customer arrive, but an older employee of a quasi federal agency can't be bothered? The door makes a noise, I speak up, other customers come in, we can hear him rustling five feet away in the office and he can hear us, but he pulls this passive-aggressive power play and refuses to come out and do the job he is PAID to do until someone rings their desk bell. When he does come out, he's never pleasant. It's ridiculous to have to drive to another town just to avoid being treated this way. I'm quite sure the post office could pay someone a lot less who treats customers a lot better and will actually do the job when someone comes in.
