The people behind the desk need to pay attention to what address they are actually reading and putting on the label because they put the wrong address on my package and sent it to someone else!!! Now I have no way of getting it back and to the right person!! Great job 👏🏽

Yes my mail carrier is shoving boxes in my mail box and damaging the items, this has happened 3 times, and on several times I've had packages that REQUIRED signatures and they were put in the mailbox. The items that REQUIRED signatures were Federally controlled items.

I get mail usually 1 maybe 2 times per week and 95 percent of the time they are not even mine. This is a federally run correct? How can this be allowed? I am missing again my social security check that is a huge deal 2 times in less than a year … unacceptable!! I will be taking this further.

USPS Carrier came to my door today in an old, unmarked, open air pick-up truck (with packages loaded in back). What if it rains? What about dusty driveways and dirt roads? What if the packages fly out of the bed while driving down the highway? What about the sun cooking items? Mail should not be being delivered in OPEN AIR VEHICLES. It's ridiculous! Another disturbing issue is carriers don't wear uniforms and drive in unmarked vehicles. Nothing about them identifies them as postal workers. Any criminal could just drive around picking up packages or emptying mailboxes. Things should be getting better, not devolving! We need smart, logical, professional people running the USPS. As it is, it's completely untrustworthy.

I ordered feeder insects for my lizard. The weather has been in the 40’s all week long. I received my insects today, which I found in my mailbox. It’s 40 degrees outside and you put living creatures in an ice box? I can’t believe how stupid people can be.

I've always gotten lots of packages in the mail. If they don't fit in my mailbox, the carrier has always left them either on my porch or on top of my car. Now, suddenly several packages were marked undeliverable because there was no room in my box. What's the deal? Can we please pick a delivery procedure and stick with it. Either you WILL leave my packages on my porch or car or you WON'T. But this day to day change is NOT acceptable.
