HOW is it that the woman working at this post office can SEND BACK every package that shows up there? WHO CAN FIRE THEM and get someone in there to actually ACCEPT mail?!?!? If we cant have our packages sent to the POST office where do we send it and HOW do we run a business if they send it back the day it arrives?

I have a package at the post office that was delivered by FedEx transferred to USPS on February 6th. I still have not received it. I have gone twice to try and retrieve it. My tracking number is 244658173224208. I need help trying to get this package. Thank you.
