Orange, TX Post Office delivered package to the middle of the driveway and entered delivery status that it had been "left in residence mailbox". If I had not received delivery status and had family to check on the package, it would have more than likely been run over. I tried to call Orange, Tx post office to complain and the phone was NEVER answered. Awful service and this was after stating the residence was inaccessible/undeliverable the day before, which was not the case.

I have tracked a package that arrived at your postoffice 12/7. It has not been delivered as of yet. 10 days ? No notice has been sent to the recipient to pick up either?

I have been trying to call for the past two days to find out about an important package that says it there is an insufficient address and no one can answer the phones. If this package goes back to the sender then I’ll need to wait another two weeks and by then it won’t even be worth having it!!!

Did this ever get fixed cause I’m having the same issue and it’s showing vacant and sending back to the sender when clearly the address is right.

I live in a neighborhood where there are 3 cultural-de-sacs and one main street. The problem is each street has the same numeric addresses with different Street names. Our packages from Amazon are getting delivered to someone else’s address. All the postman or postwoman has to do is look at the physical street name. Our usual mail lady does a good job, but lately we have had other people doing our route. That’s when the problems began. I’ve had 4 different family’s mail delivered to my mailbox in one day. I’ve been trying to call the local Post Office with no answer from the operators to resolve this problem. The phone just rings and rings. I’m waiting on a package as I write this review. Orange,TX you must get better with this. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved soon.

We ordered some bookshelves and a pair of headphones. We just received a notification that they attempted delivery but “the mailbox was full!!” LIES. We’re home, and no delivery was attempted. The mailbox is in fact empty. The headphones had special instructions to leave on the porch, and how on earth would anyone expect to fit 40 inch shelves into a mailbox?! It was lightly drizzling so all I can figure is that the postal worker decided they didn’t want to get out of the car. And as angry as I am, I’m not surprised.... The level of laziness and incompetence within the postal service, and Orange post office especially, is unmatched.

Please tell me what is the point of scheduling a package pickup online if the mail carrier is just going to pass right by and not bother to stop and pick up? This happens every single time I schedule a pickup. Package is where I report it’s going to be but carrier doesn’t even stop! Get it together Orange Tx USPS! This is the only area I have ever had issues with!

I am starting to believe the postal service in Orange Texas should be closed down due to failure of service. Tax dollars would be better served somewhere else I agree with the other post prior to this one that I see nothing but dissatisfied customers

I, also, have a large amount of purchases from Amazon. Have received every excuse you can imagine. From, the package is too large, attempted delivery, etc. I have cameras on the front of my house that document all activity. Never once, has USPS "attempted delivery", been the truth. Again, all documented on video. However, not limited to Amazon packages. USPS has stated delivery, again, cameras, no attempted delivery, nor delivery. Package just disappears! It always seems to be when package is shipped in its original box, which labels is inside. I have tried reaching out to USPS, James A. Miles, or whoever is in charge, to no avail. They do not answer the phone! And when I have managed to speak with someone, "I don't know what you expect me to do about it". WOW...really?!!!! I have even been to the Post Office in Orange, in person, received same response! INCOMPETENCE IS RAMPANT...from the top, to the bottom at this facility!!!!

Mailed a package to my daughter a disabled veteran with medications from the V.A. for her PTSD, I paid for priority and had a tracking number. They were delivered to the wrong house and orange post office confirmed it was delivered to wrong house and now of course no one will admitt they received it. Post office in Orange said she had to go find it. WOW. I am starting a Police investigation into this post office and I will prosecute. Also contacting the attorney general. They picked the wrong person to screw with.

I need to be on USPS payroll for delivering mail to neighborhood. Whoever is delivering in my neighborhood must not be able to read numbers well. House number right on mailbox in 4" size numerals. I get mail that belongs on different named streets even. Real bad service for a long time now. Not just me, but others in neighborhood delivering mail to correct addresses. I've left post it notes on wrong mail in my box stating 'incorrect address, please deliver to address given on mail', with an arrow pointing to it. I mean, the street names are completely different & house # nowhere near mine. I've tried calling but can't get anyone! Going on long enough! Tired of it!!------------or, PAY ME!

I pay extra for two day delivery from Amazon. I order at least 20 items a month. Amazon does a great job of getting my packages to Orange post office in a day or day and a half, then my things sit there 3or 4 days because the mail carrier doesn't want to load my packages. Why even pay for two day delivery. I have actually stood at the window and watched the mail carrier pull up to my back door, roll down the car window and throw a package at my back door. Ever since Amazon started using USPS instead of UPS , my packages are lost, late or damaged every week. Are all rural carriers on their own and dont answer to anyone? I'm frustrated in Mauriceville.

No way to file a complaint about USPS. The sites (phone and computer) does not have a category for complaints)The national site tells me the wait time is over one hour to talk to a representative. The local Orange operator never picks up. My complaint was about packages delivered to the wrong address, multiple mail to wrong address (including my income tax return, which was delayed months because of wrong delivery). Is this what our tax dollars are paying for.

For the past year I have never had a delivery of a package from USPS. I always get an email stating that they were unable to deliver. One time message stated that business was closed. This is my home not a business. I have complained many times. This past saturday I was home all day and nobody rang doorbell, no note was left and no one was on my security camera trying to make delivery. I received email that USPS were unable to make delivery. I even tried not to order items if shipped with USPS.

I want to brag on our regular postal carrier Helen. She is a great carrier and leaves my packages if I'm not home outside my fence in a Garbage can I bought just for that. Some of the areas she has to deliver out here are some of the places I would not even drive. She has to go through back roads and half the streets have no names or numbers on them. Half of the houses have no numbers on the mail boxes. Some of the houses in certain areas needs to have a group of mail boxes at the top of the street. I believe another postmaster needs to ride with her on her route and see what she has to go through. I have no complaints about her. The road I live on is horrible and beats my car up. I suggest letters need to be put in the mail boxes out here that have no numbers on them. Some of the mail boxes on both sides of the box. like mine. you can read in coming in, but once you go to the dead end and turn around, if there are no numbers how are you suppose to know. I have no complaints about our carrier and appreciate her job what she has to go through here in Deweyville. Several people are posting negative comments. Have a main post worker do her route and see how it is. You would need her to show you what she has learned. Our carrier for Deweyville is doing a awesome job.

I do not know the name of my postperson, but she is a champ. I have had back surgery and find it hard to get to the mailbox. I had a registered letter and asked that it be delivered to the door. After several mishaps with the letter not being found, it was. The WONDERFUL lady knocked on my door with it in hand knowing I was worried about receiving it, since I cannot drive. I am indebted to her as it detailed information that I desperately needed. Please identify her and let her know. The address was 3634 Edgemont Dr. in Orange. This person is a credit to the USPS!!!!!
