No one answers, emails are never answered, half the time the post office doors are closed. How is this possible. Usps will NOT deliver my package even though it's been paid for and this is NOT ok. USPS is telling me that a delivery fee (that has already been paid for) has nit been paid for, so they are holding my package ransom. Why?

This is the second package that has said delivered on tracking but I haven’t received the package! I have tried and tried to call the office and their is never an answer! It’s really frustrating when your in another state and can’t go into the office. Something has got to change at this location. They are losing very important packages.

DO NOT USE USPS. This is the 3rd time my package has been “delivered to my front door” and it never showed up. I have the ring doorbell camera to prove that nobody was at my door. USPS does not answer any their phones and if you make a claim, they won’t ever call you about it to get it fixed.

I am so disappointed in our neighborhood mail service! Getting the wrong mail occasionally i can forget about but to get a key for a package and the key 1PA which was a struggle to open (the lock needs working on or some WD40) to finally open the box and ??? Oh yeah you forgot to put the package in the box, or is it in another box or is it the wrong key? Now we have no key and no package. What is going on with our US Postal Service

I sent a package to my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday directly from an online store to her home though FedEx. They delivered it to THIS Post Office and that is where the tracking number ends. From the time it left FedEx and was scanned by this Postal Service it was never seen again instantly. HOW DOES A POST OFFICE LOSE A CHILDS GIFT WITHIN A 12 HOUR PERIOD WITH NO TRACKING ACCOUNTS? ALL it says is delivered. I thought it had been delivered to her home as the Post Office wanted me to believe. But FedEx investigated it over a 2 week period and told me that the : DELIVERED: that was on the tracking number was when FedEx signed the tracked package over to the Government Facility. SO WHERE IS MY BELOVED GRANDBABY'S 2ND BIRTHDAY GIFT? Did someone decide to inspect the package then figure they knew someone that deserves the gift more? I've looked at the package delivery system in Odessa and it's HORRENDOUS! SO I'VE CALLED WASHINGTON DC AND TOLD THE INSPECTOR GENERAL IN DETAIL OF MY PROBLEM AND THE LINK TO EVERY POSTAL FACILITY IN ODESSA. TO MUCH OF TOO MUCH LOSING, NO DELIVERYS AND COMPLAINTS. SOMEBODY HAS TO STOP IT. It was not an expensive gift I sent. But it was the first one I was financially able to send her. So it hurt really bad. I sent it a way that I was sure that it would get to her before her birthday...it did not. Someone somewhere made sure of that...as her mom went to pick it up as soon as it was delivered to the FACILITY it had no time to get lost. I hope that it getting lost or whatever will help stop whatever is going on in what should be a safe and secure way for others to get things they purchase OR as on my case.... a loved one sends something special to someone that they haven't seen but one time in their very tiny life. Have a great weekend.

don't even bother calling. they will let it ring and ring then take the phone off the hook. one of many reasons usps is going down the tubes
