Postal Locations

So, I've been living at the same apartment complex for 7 years as of this posting. Since the first of the year in 2023, once a month I am not receiving important mail such as my SS, Medicaid and other things of that nature. I actually talked to the mail carrier who basically shrugged it off and claiming it's not her responsibility to ensure the mail gets in the appropriate boxes. What? Fast forward a month later, I'm still having the same issues so I call the post office and finally get an answer. The conversation went well, I suppose although I never got a definite word on whether I will get the mail I am missing. Judging by the comments here, it seems to me there is a MAJOR lack of professionalism and personal accountability at the NPO. Needless to say, from now on, all my correspondence through SS, etcetera, will be done online. My missing pieces of mail will be forever lost which is "my" fault I assume for trusting the post office to do their job correctly and help me track down my mail. I mean, Jeez, how hard is it to look at the address of a piece of mail to determine if you are putting it in the correct mailbox?

I called to inform a family member about a family emergency and a lady named Camble took my message and told me she would inform the person and NEVER informed them! What type of establishment they running over there?!? Now they are not answering my calls or returning them!

For the THIRD time, tracking says my package has been delivered, IT HAS NOT!!!!! When you call, continuous for 30 min with 2 phones, it sends you to a busy signal. They don't even bother to deliver our mail on Saturdays, EVER (at work).

It's obvious your Post Office has a thief or thieves . Our daughter is a student at SFA. We have mailed several letters , post cards , (gift cards in them ). And they do not arrive. We sent a package on Friday. Checked the tracking on Monday and it said it was picked up at the counter. WTF !!!! Why was it not delivered to the same address as her roommate ????? You THIEVING SOB's. We are fed up with this crap. Now we will be hand delivering any future packages. Thanks !!! For nothing. Typical Government ,screw you every chance they get. I hope your freaking employees (THIEVES) see this.

I mailed a letter two weeks ago from Nacogdoches to Waxahachie. It still has not been delivered. They don't answer the phone at the local post office anymore I guess. I have called 4 times with no one answering. I am out of options I guess. That a__hole postmaster general is still mucking up delivery it seems.

the postman/postwomen she/he is given us other ppl packages and it is happened more then one time.. I am due for a packages it says it was delved today at 9am it was not... I moved in January. I have not received any mail since then.i did over 6 change of addresses. Where is my mail? The post office has nót delivered my mail to my house in 3 months. They said it would be here today and it's not. What is the problem where is my mail?

My postal carrier Stephanie always leaves my mailbox open then claims its too much mail and said i neededto buy a bigger box. My mail fits fine, its the fact that she keeps stuffing packages in the mailbox instead of bringing them to my door. Then when she decides to get out of her truck, she leaves the packages out in the weather.

Mail carrier comes when she wants too. I have letters in the mail needed to be sent off she didnt even show up

had my mail stopped for the week of April 22 to the 27 went to pick up my mail today 4/29 and they could not find said that the carrier must have picked it up but she didn't called the post office at 4 10 and a lady answered I explained about my mail being lost and she said would you call back in 2-10 min and ask for the manager said I would called back 425 got a tapped message saying they close the office a 5 and stop answering the phone at 445 but they would not answer at 425 430 or 435 she just didn't want to help me

I dropped off my rent on 12/08/18. It wasn't postmarked until 12/20/18 and delivered 12/31/18. Their delay is costing me money on late fees

We have out going mail in our box for two days now and our carrier has not picked it up. The mail was actually put in the box on Friday and so they did not pick up on Saturday or today.

I had a package of cosmetics from Test Tube that was delivered to another address about a month ago. I never received the package. We have had different carriers lately, and the company is going to send me another package. I am concerned that it is delivered to me and not another address.
