Postal Locations

Mailed a letter to dear friend he did not get it. Has been 12 days. He got all of the past letters. It had important things in it. I think post man took it or someone in post office.

I get informed delivery of my mail. And for the last 2 weeks have not been getting all of our mail. We are missing 17 pieces of mail from benefit letters to bank info. And a lot of my daughters mail who is in the military is missing. This is why we have informed delivery to make sure our mail is not longer lost. We have also been getting other people's mail. Which we put back in the outbound box to make sure they get there mail. This is very upsetting. And the office hours are ridiculous. By the time we get off work and realized the mail is missing the office is closed.

This is the worst P.O. on the planet. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. My wife went to mail a package for me to Canada. The PO employee handed her a form and told HER to fill it out. Shipped out 12/03/2020. Today, 12/22/2020, it shows up in OUR mailbox saying handwritten are not acceptable, only electronically generated forms are. Again, the Postal employee told her to hand write an unacceptable form. The culture and lack of professionalism at this post office is truly something to marvel at!

VERY unprofessional ladies run this establishment. I work in the education field, meaning I work from 7am to 5pm. I used to be able to pick up my packages on Saturdays, but now the post office is not open on Saturday. If they would only use the lockers, I would not have this problem, but they are LAZY!!! I want the old man back! He was charming and pleasant, and knew his job. He did it well! I miss him!

I checked online for hours of Saturday mail pickup at this location. The time is WAY off. It states 5:30, but the sticker on the drop box reads 9:00.

The lady that works in the office is very unprofessional and rude. She has no customer service!!!

I agree! Everyone that has worked at this post office have always been so nice until this women’s that’s working here now.. I asked her a question and she slammed the door after I told her thank you. She’s always so rude I try to avoid having to go in and talk to her as much as possible.

I have ordered things from amazon and who ever the mail person is is not delivering my stuff it said there could not get in because of a gate or couldn’t get to the mail box well there is no gate and the mail boxes are in the front I’m not happy with this thank you Iva mcgraw

All the postal workers have been really nice until this new younger woman. She is so rude!!!
