I am not pleased with our local Post Office. Our mailbox has been tampered with for the second time. Instead of the Post Office notifying us or even the apartment managers, nothing was done. I just called this morning and that is when I found out that they can not get the key in to put our mail in. This is the second time they have not considered, nor showed any regards to our mail. Something needs to be done.

Not sure why this post office pays to have a phone line. They WILL NOT answer the phone. This is no exaggeration. Try and call them 254-883-2922. I literally let the phone ring yesterday until it would automatically disconnect and then redial and I did this for an hour straight. NEVER an answer. I'm actually calling again right now and it's the same thing. I'm on the 12th iteration of redialing today. Does the USPS not ever mystery shop their post offices to see what type of service their customers are receiving? This is a post office that should put out of its misery. Lord knows how they deliver mail if they aren't staffed enough or mentally equipped to know how to answer a phone. This post office is a prime example of why people "go postal".
