Postal Locations

They deliver our mail on Sundays. They consistently deliver to the wrong address inside our neighbors gate. We cannot get to it.

Please talk to our postal deliver person. Fir 3 weeks our mail is being delivered on the street behind us, and our neighbors on our street. Yesterday on January 30th they put a package large package forcing in the mail box that was way to big to go in there, then processed to stuff the mail in there around the package tore up all the mail. The mail box would not even close, they drove of and left it open in the rain🤯 This needs to be addressed, we have lived here for 13 yrs and I have never seen the miss treatment of U.S. mail in my life

This is the worst post office I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. The head woman is bitter, unhelpful, and borderline rude. The outgoing acceptance boxes are too small for even the smallest mailing box offered. So trying to mail outside of business hours is impossible. I have witnessed them collecting mail outside in the blue box before the posted cutoff times. If I miss the cutoff time, and am unable to force my packages thru the impossibly small acceptance slot, and knock on the door for them to accept the package...the head woman said they weren't allowed to do that and now they become quiet and basically hide, instead of being helpful. I actually had to say..."I heard yall back there, I know you are there." I have had numerous letters lost and not delivered.

Have been trying to get in hold with this location in Mabank for 5 business days. Its been busy or silent every time. Is there another # to call? beside the 903-887-5171?

Lived in Mabank almost my whole life and not once had a problem with ingoing /outgoing mail.... until now It is a huge issue and needs to be taken care of or there will be plenty of calls to the regional office.I''m missing serious time-sensitive letters along with my SS check... Anyone else having these issues?

This post office is ran by rude ladies that have made up their own rules on handling USPS matters. They do not follow USPS procedures. POST MASTER, WHEN WILL YOU STOP THIS BEHAVIOR?
