I have spent over an hour waiting to speak to a representative on the phone. I was promised a call back a week ago when I went to pick up a package and it was not at the post office. The lady at the counter couldn't find the package and promised she would speak to the carrier and someone would contact me. I haven't heard from anyone nor can I reach anyone. The carrier didn't leave a tracking number on the slip; thus, it's making it very difficult for me to locate.
