We are continuing to have the problem of our mail being left by the mailbox, right on FM 449, on the ground, could be easily stolen. Even a package going to a Class 3 gun smith was left with my packages yesterday. Please help us with this problem. I know that according to your job description, this is not acceptable. Thank you.
During address change, former mailing address not accepted. Said not accurate. She has been getting her mail at this address. Called 2. Longview post offices. First one said had to go in person to post office. Gave phone number of McCann post office in 75605. Called 3 times said hold for person. Held on phone for about 5 to 6 minutes, then got busy signal. Same happened all 3 times I called. This is not very professional.
They made me change my mailbox from the fence to the street but yet people in my street people have their mailbox all the way to the house that’s pure discrimination.
The supervisor at post office on mobberly avenue in Longview texas is rude an has an attitude. How can she have attitude with me about your worker put my package in wrong mailbox an she acted like she doesn’t give a dam suppose to call me an let me know if they located my package an never called me back it’s ridiculous..
These people are extremly lackadaisical about answering the phone and refunding me for an extra charge. No matter what I do they DO NOT handle their business professionally. Incompetent Service.
Today we received our Amazon package and it was ruined. The item leaked half of it's contents out. Mail lady said it leaked all onto her floorboard and it's probably due to the clerks at the Post Office at Mobberly rd Longview TX. She said they throw the packages. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do better!!! Another customers also leaked as well. This is not how packages should be treated.
Absolutely no excuse for the incompetent mail service on Jonquil Dr. I haven’t had mail delivery for 9 days. Snow or no snow the mail service on this “ auxiliary route“ is terrible. Mr. Wright, the postmaster does not care. I have left my name and phone number on 5 occasions, and no call back. WHY. I and my wife are missing our medicine deliveries, and no body gives a damn.
It has been a week and no delivery. We are expecting our drugs to keep us going and nothing. I have never seen this happen before and I am from Minnesota
We have had late deliveries but this takes the cake. No more "snow, ice, rain, etc. They have vehicles for god sake or they can get out and walk like they use to do. I am really pissed off.
The service was already absolutely terrible before the winter weather. This is what a government ran business with corrupted unions looks like. And people want the Gov't to be in charge of health care?! FedEx didn't seem to have an issue with delivery today. Sadly in the end they are like all other entities w/ Gov't involvement. Out complaints mean nothing. Oh and you will be in trouble if you DON'T want the "service" and remove your mailbox. After all, they have to keep the junk mail coming as that is what they are paid to do. Absolute trash.

My mom said that i have two packages from Ebay that are supposed to arrive but they never did so what's the problem
I have not received any of my sisters letters in the past two months.
Also, we are not receiving our mail here at Page Place II at a reasonable time...sometimes it is as late as 5pm...if we get it at all.
Please fix this problem. My sister has sent me 4 letters in the past two months and I have not received any of them???
employees less than helpful about a 28 month delay in returning priority mail to me as sender - first employee laughed - second employee suggested calling Lubbock to why they took so long to return mail -postmaster of course not available
