WORST post office! Less than 50% of what I send through this post office actually gets delivered! I know several (Past/present) employees and they agree with this statement. We've found large batches of mail from every place in Lockhart thrown into our mail boxes. Additionally, personally seen bins of old mail not delivered and sitting in USPS employee homes! Really!!!
I JUST NEED TO LET UPPER MANAGEMENT KNOW THAT THE POST OFFICE IN LOCKHART TEXAS HAVE THERE PHONES ON BUSY ALL THE TIME I WALKED INTO THAT POST OFFICE AND SEEN ONE LADY IN LINE SO WHY IS THE PHONE ON BUSY 6 DAYS AWEEK THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED THANK YOU
First a package of mine gets delivered in my Mail box but when I open my Mail box there is nothing there. This is NOT the first time I have packages missing from my mailbox when the tracking number clearly stated the item was delivered in the mail box. Birthday cards have been open looking for money. On top of all this, the office can’t answer the phones. Now I have to call the place I have order and see if they can reship my items. Which I don’t think they will still this has been an ongoing issues with someone stealing my packages .
Same thing happened to me!! My family member bought a gift for me and sent it through the post office, it said it was delivered, but it never showed up! There is a serious problem at that post office, because the same thing has also happened to a friend of mine.

I'm afraid to come in because there are so many people in the lobby without masks on. I need to RESTART MY MAIL and I don't know how to get in touch with you. I don't have a cell phone so I can't do it online. 515 S. Blanco. You should have hours for high risk groups to come there when there won't be so many people.
Lmboo you have yours on, so it shouldn't matter!! If your mask works then what are your crying about?

I went up there today they are supposed to be open until 4:30pm i got there at 3pm and they had the sign flipped to closed as well as the windows closed with music being blared in the back as i got ignored while knocking on the shutters, very dissapointed in this post office
Mail delivery complaints:
1. driver stuffs oversized packages into mailbox leaving items exposed.
2. Uses my semi circle driveway to toss packages onto property. Is driver suppose to drive onto property?
Please counsel delivery driver to handle packages with care and they contain fragile items.
Please let me know you received this complaint. I want to speak to a person about this matter.
