NEVR answers the phone!! Lost my disability checks 3 times and they never are accountable to their customers. This post office has issues. The government says they sent the checks but this post office has lost them and didn't even try to help. I live off that check, they wouldn't appreciate their pay checks being lost and noone would even bother to try to help them out. I live in Levelland.

Y'all never answer y'all phone,why am I not getting my mail? I live on 213 Hicks ,I get my medicine through the mail, I don't have any dogs my mail box is in the right place and I'm not getting my mail, I live in levelland , so where is my mail

I have lived at the same apartment for 1 1/2 years and for the past 3 months our mailman keep sending my mail back saying I don't live there anymore. I already went to the post office to file a complaint and still having the same problem. It's not hard to put mail in the right numbered box.

Never answers their phone. Delivers our packages to other people's houses. I think they need better training or just new employees. I'm sick of it I can't go to the post office I'm home bound.
