Lazy mail carriers, allegedly said my truck was blocking mailbox when it wasn't. There's has been at least twice that I know of the he left my mail on the windshield of my truck. Also one time found it on the street ran over by passing cars.

Speed up your service! ONLY 4 attendants for the whole city of Laredo (for picking up packages)! Crowded lobby and P.O. Box areas during a pandemic. Not a great way to handle service during this time! You can do better than that.

Dumb usps worker threw my box package onto my dogs back. He saw me opening the front door and pointed at the package like saying “I’m here to drop it off” but still preceded to through onto my dog instead of leaving it on the other side of the fence. The whole front yard has see through fence and out of all 40 feet he could’ve had tossed over he decided on my dogs back. My dog made a hurt scream. The worker walked fast back to his truck as I started running out to yell at him. My dog ran to me with a sad face. Also my package had fragile items. Had 10 regular light bulbs and smaller light bulbs. Going tomorrow to file report I saw his face and truck number.

Package was not delivered as promised set attempt was made yesterday February 22 at 5:38 but the hotel says they left no notice. Package was supposed to be delivered to front desk as requested.

Sent a certified letter to 9902 McPherson suite 17 Laredo Tx 78045 and it shows delivered at 10:36 am. Feb 4th . Who signed for it? Because EG Professional says nothing was received. Where is my letter????

Post office location needs to get the selfserv return unit fixed. Not everyone can go and stand in line to return a package. It's been out of order for weeks.

I was expecting a package today and when i tracked my package the status said post office attempted delivery and that a notice was left at location. No notice was left on my door or in my mailbox. This is not the first time this happens, this is why I am expressing my complaint this time. Your driver is not doing his job. Now i have to wait till Monday and make arrangements to be at home throughout the day to wait for my package. Very unprofessional service. The time the driver supposedly attempted to deliver my package was Sept 12, 2020 at 14:46 zip code 78045. Hoping you can provide better service next time

just bought a home, have been going to Post Office for a week for a key. They said they would call, have not heard from anyone. NO one asnswers the phone. Then they get to you after waiting in line, and they say, someone will call you. Don't understand!! I can deal with long lines, I can deal with all the waiting, what I can not handle is incompetence, or someone straight out telling you something so you can just move on.

To whom it may concern, there would be some way to talk with the mailman, since I have had 3 incidents where the merchandise is damaged because it does not fit in the mailbox, and instead of coming to my address, it forces the merchandise inside the mailbox, I'd appreciate if you could talk to him.

Just received all the mail for our neighbor who lives up the street. The postal GUY parked right under the street sign, yet delivered the wrong mail to our house. Please hire people who can read. And I still wonder, who is receiving our mail.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at the local office and there’s never an answer!!! I live in an apartment complex and some packages were delivered in the parcel box...so a key was left in my mailbox but the key had a number of a different parcel box than the one where my packages were put in so I opened the wrong box and now it’s been 2 weeks I still can’t get to my packages. I need another key to be able to get my packages!! I work all day I cannot sit and wait by the mailbox!!!

My package has been missing since the 19th of September (it is now October 3rd) and I have been unable to contact USPS to find my package! The automated call system is awful and the Laredo office does not pick up! I would love to just email USPS but it appears they do not have an email address! Will never go through USPS again after I finally get my packages

USPS is a concern in 2018. I purchase tableware that is no longer made on ebay. In 2018 all but one package has been delivered in pieces. Each time the box is well packed and says fragile on the outside. The last purchase was a set of four "Mikasa Daydreams" dinner plates. These were brand new and no longer manufactured. All but one arrived in pieces even though they were well packed. I have a suggestion: Please look into grants to see if more employees can be added in order that they don't have to be in such a hurry. As the saying goes: "Haste makes waste." I understand that there is a timeline...however, if the haste breaks contents of packages, then it is for naught. I thank you.

Your carriers need to be educated. They keep leaving mail in the wrong mailbox even when the mail is correctly addressed. The carriers should look at the address on the mail before they put in the mailbox!!

Just received my mail today 4/26 from a friendly neighborhood customer that lives two blocks away. She mention that your carrier has been placing our mail in her mail box. Also found mail on the floor of our neighbor box station thrown apparently by one of your carriers. What kind of service is this? at(Alta Vista Subdivision). Telephone to complain always busy.
