to whomever it may concern, My package has been in this shipping factory place for 2 months now

I looking for a package I ordered 28 days ago.

Can you put a note to owners at 1924 Newport Dr. Lancaster Tx. Do not block the mailboxes. PLEASE!! This is a continuous problem. .

I have had the same post office box for 43 years. I got a notice in January that my rent was due by January 31, 2022. There was an envelope left in my box to pay the rent. It clearly reads to drop it in the mail box. I wrote a check for $204 as it stated on the envelope on January 17, dropped it in the mail slot, and then got another notice that I owed rent. I went to the window and am told they have not received it and I should never have dropped in the slot as printed on the envelope because it would go to Dallas. I went again on January 31 and asked if they had received my payment. No! Today, February 7, I received an open envelope with my check stamped as of February 7th that stated I now owed $232. When I checked, I was told that rent went up in January, BUT this was not on the envelope I received to pay. Two and half weeks after I mailed this, Lancaster stamped it for Feb. 7th. I have two questions. 1. If the rent went up why was the sticker on the envelope dated due 1/31/2022 not corrected before it was placed in my box? 2. Because I just got it returned and told I now owed $232, was that a late fee charge?

Hours of operation not conducive to people who work. Tried calling multiple times, phone rang for a while then went busy each time. Have a package that informed delivery indicated should have delivered several days ago (medication), still not here Tracking ID shows waiting on delivery scan after scanning at this post office. And they want to raise rates again in the middle of the year. Very Poor Service.

No one answers the phone 🙄🙄

Please note that I am not lodging a complaint I just want to make sure that I haven’t missed something. For the last three business days I have put mail in my box and raised my flag but the mail has still not been picked up as of today. Is this something I need to be concerned about? I work from home and mailing envelopes, it’s some thing I will be doing daily for a while. Do I need to physically deliver these to the post office to be mailed?

This post office and its employees are very incompetent. According to the website they are delivering mail but there has been no mail delivered and I have been waiting two days for my meds. They don’t answer the phone and the post master never knows anything. What happen to rain, shine, sleet or snow...not this post office. Ridiculous customer service service.

It was a young girl delivering mail in mail truck. She would go to the house delivery mail, and walk back to truck and pull up a few feet and walk up to that house. House's side by side. Now if that isn't lazy, don't know what you would call it. I just stood there and laughed.

I have received my mail in ballot back twice and have mailed it a third time!! Someone or something is scanning the barcode located above my name on the return address, causing it to be returned. Please fixed this issue!!

I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and did not get it bc they were too lazy to walk to my door. Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location 02/05/2019 4:42pm LANCASTER TX 75146 was the message I got. And it cracks me up bc NOTHING WAS BLOCKING THE MAIL BOX OR HOME. someone just got lazy. But we got mail yesterday! Just a little too lazy to walk to my doorstep. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The Humana pharmacy called they did not deliver my medicine the address was right they just didn't deliver it they sent it back why??? The company read the address off to me and it was right 2547 Ferris Rd, Lancaster Texas 75146 so what's the problem I need my medicine

I put a letter in the mail box to get sent the receiver have not gotten it and it have not returned I am trying to find out where it is

Does the mail derliver on Sundays

1/2 out of 10! Constant mis-diected mail and Amazon packages that are not delivered on time and a staff that has little, if any, customer service skills. If the weather is anything other than sunny, mail is not delivered. This branch sucks!

I don't believe the outgoing mail is going out. I am mailing items that never arrive to its location in less than 1-2 weeks time. I am not sure if the postal workers is picking up every day or if the hub is slow in processing the mail. I hope that it is corrected soon.

MY POSTAL CARRIER, ONCE AGAIN, DELIVERED MY $68.95 PACKAGE TO THE WRONG FRIGGIN' ADDRESS!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE SORRIEST, MOST INCOMPETENT POSTAL LOCATION IN EXISTENCE. THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT MY MIS-DELIVERED PACKAGES!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!
