The LOCAL NUMBER 361 592 2801 is a NON WORKING Number .for Kingsville, Tx Post OFFICE. TAXPAYERS. SUGGESTION: DELETE as a CONTACT number. It is NOT answered as of 9.10.22 and it is wasted time and money to set it up as a contact. Sincerely Mrs. G. H. Ramirez

Tell me about it. I let the phone ring for over 5 minutes, to no avail.

I am trying to reach a woman that has worked at the PO for many years my dad worked there in the little side door office in the 1960s weldon spinks any how I know that this sounds bad but this girl is the s I star of Jackie I want remember her parents name but they live in rice r do anyhow I was Jackie's mother in law when she was married to David Odom. Bob and I were married for about 5 yrs anyhow it is imperative I get a hold of Jackie's sister could you please respond to this email I would really appreciate it my email is listed above ty Kay my phone numb r is 7852330759

Awful service. Nobody cares to answer the damn phones, and they "attempted to deliver" my mail. How can you not find an address that's very clear?? That's literally your job. If people from doordash can do this job better than a postal service then something is wrong

I was in the Kingsville main post office this morning from 09:50 to 10:02 today 7/13. Another customer had walked into the building without a mask, was standing in line without a mask and was waited on and processed without a mask.

My mail is not being delivered 825 w I ave. The postman is scared of my dog. My dog is completely secured in the fence and will no longer climb out. Please deliver our mail. We need it.

A package was delivered to Thelma Delarosa 130 W. Corral #27 Kingsville, Texas on May 24, 2018 8:43 A.M. It appears that that package was tampered with and the contents of the package were stolen. Can you check with the driver and find out what happened. I am really upset. The contents in the package cannot be replaced Alamar Garcia 313-300-7791

Absolutely worst post office ever!!! Despite numerous complaints about deliveries to my office, nothing changes. Most days mail comes after 5pm, which I'd well after our office hours, and if there is a package, no additional delivery attempt is made. We watch the carrier drive by multiple times. It's ridiculous!!!

Unfortunately some employees in USPS Kingsville are damaging the reputation of USPS. I walked in yesterday to drop off a package, when an employee with last name called “Mr. Lian or Liam” was literally rude to me. He was not even making an eye contact and was not professional in any aspect, because he thought that I belong a certain race that he does not like. Luckily there was another employee who was super kind, helpful and friendly who took care of me very well.

I have been waiting for my mail to come today June 26 2018 and I saw the mail man walk into the parking lot of our apartment and he has mail in his hands about to put it in the neighbors mailbox but he turns around and walks away with the mail still in his hands and I was outside and he just left without put any of the apartment neighbors mail plus mine and I try to stop him from driving off and he just left cause it was 20 minutes before five when the post office closed so me and the whole apartment complex didn't get our mail this is put right wrong I'm very upset

We have so much problems getting our mail. I work for a Business. and We DO NOT receive mail for Weeks, and that is because I go to the post office to make sure we don't have mail ever week at least 2x and I always get the same response. No you don't. But then I go the following week and guess what?.. they come out with a bundle of mail. Which by the way is about 2-3 MONTHS old.. IT IS NONSENSE!!
