I have brought this issue up before. I had a parcel left in the parcel locker but no key in my box. Fortunately someone put the key in the locker for me to get my package out. I ask that the postmen be more attentive to where they put the keys to parcel box. This was not a cheap delivery. Thanks

The mail carrier that delivers mail off of Travis and the side streets has a WIFI jammer/internet blocker and has been using it as he delivers packages to your front door and will turn off your Ring doorbell camera or any other camera as he is approaching your house, I saw him on another camera of mine that I had hidden. He also has the habit of leaving your mailbox open on purpose. I do not know this persons name but I have him on camera numerous times. It's a shame that these people have to be so disrespectful not only to others but to their property as well. Why do they hire people like this?

The past 2 weeks, I have put 2 different types of mail to be sent out with the flag up, the mailman man/ woman puts the flag down but doesn’t take the mail. Frustrating!

We have had another instance of a package being delivered to the wrong address. We live on Short Timber Rd and several times our packages have been left at our house number on Tall Timber Rd. Fortunately our neighbor is honest and brings us the package but someone needs to pay closer attention. We are not the only household to experience this either.

The Sub on our route has left packages at the wrong address, this has happened twice in the last 2 weeks. A phone call to our regular mail man Kenny Pagel was made and he was going to check on it today. Kenny is the best mail man we all love. His Sub or Subs keep messing up.

I'm writing this in regards to change of address. I spoke to the carrier that delivers on Thurman, he suggested I put in change of address then contact him again (Catch him) and he will get a key to my box so I can receive my .mail. however I am unsure of delivery times to catch the carrier

I may be wrong about how postal service works in TX but my experience in New Mexico was that I went to the post office and picked up my keys after presenting attendant with rental agreement & driver license. Also, if apartment office has keys they will issue them at rental agreement signing. Hope this helps

I had to wait a while to speak with the supervisor but when she finally came I was very pleased with the service and she took the time to find my package and it was a good overall experience

Postmaster McCullough. I mailed a Posted letter (copy follows) via USPS addressed to you personally at your Cully Post Office. The carrier has to this day not been informed by you of our appreciation as expressed in this letter of recommendation. Would you kindly consider telling Jeromy, letting him know that you are aware of his continued good work with our neighbors? Thank you. September 7, 2018 Greetings Postmaster Keith McCullough. I hope that all is well with you and yours. This letter is to communicate appreciation for our Postal carrier, Jeromy. He many times delivers to us here at The Homestead @ Turtle Creek as a “sub” when “Charlie” takes time off. Jeromy’s work is commendable, and he is an outstanding representative of your Postal Service. Should this route become available for Jeromy to assume permanently, he will certainly have my nomination! I have chatted with neighbors who also express a high level of satisfaction with his service, however I am unsure whether or not any of them will make their opinions “official.” Please share my accolades with him as encouragement for a job well done.

They never answer the phone! It automatically hangs up on you!!!Said they delivered my package in my mailbox but I didn't receive it. Apparently they put it in the wrong box and whoever got it decided to keep it. Post office doesn't care that they messed up and now I'm out of the $ as the shipper shows the post office delivered it to me.

Horrible service from the manager, not surprised to see the other complaints that are posted elsewhere! We came in two separate days to get passport photos for our baby daughter. Keep in mind that we have to bring our baby daughter to process passports, but we also brought our older 3yo daughter because it would be silly to have a sitter for something that should be this easy. The first day I took off early from work and we showed up at 3:55. When the manager realized that we had the wrong forms she handed us new forms and told us that processing passports stops at 4pm. No consideration for our situation, despite us being there before 4. I was able to file for my expedited visa renewal though, which she took the opportunity to insinuate I was a procrastinator for filing for an expedited visa! We went in a few days later with our baby and older daughter to try again. I took off work again. We had to wait a bit for someone else to finish their application. No problem, but when we were next for visa that same manager decided to ignore us and help the next customer in line. "The line is too long, please wait!" ... we, a family of four with a baby and 3 year old who at this point is coming unglued wait while I help the next few people in line. good call there! 5 minutes pass, I insist on having someone else help me. Finally we get service from someone else, daughters completely coming unglued in the process. I don't know this manager, but this treatment came across to me as if she had some kind of personal issues that she takes out on some customers. (I'm not certain if manager is the right word for the post office, but the two other employees said that she was the one in charge when I insisted on having someone else help us.) Also, this information is relevant for the Post Office on Cully Drive in Kerrville. I'm sure the other branches are fine.
