I'm constantly getting mail from other addresses in my box and missing my mail. I am kind enough to put neighbors mail in the box but I wonder if neighbors keep my mail or toss it out.

I have never had an issue getting my packages from Amazon or other places. Here lately any packages that the post office has to deliver, I never get. Or there is almost always an issue. So today 5/21/20 I waited for this package to be delivered. It never came, and I didn't even get a notice that there was an attempt. I had to find out from the company that sent it. Why is this becoming a more prevalent issue here?

The carrier we have now is wonderfull we've had her a few years now but before my goodness they never delivered a package always took it back or it wasn't even in the truck always left mail box open to rain and thieves, have encountered very few courteous and kind people at the actual post office. It does occur to me,as I've been to several post offices in the Johnson County area, that Joshua does have some of the rudest, least driven to do the job their paid to do, small group of ppl in the county. It makes me sorry for the few whom I've met that take pride in their job and their customers, makes for a poor work environment for all.

nothing like having tax papers (with all info) delivered to my house, which I brought to the correct home, and had had to explain to the postmaster, and delivery person why that was SO wrong.... ?????

When someone fills in for my regular mail carrier they often skip my mailbox. Does this happen to anyone else? I started calling and complaining after the first few times and they told me it was because the person filling in gets behind in the route and has to skip boxes to keep up. They felt it was ok for them to do this. Some are rude when I call and some blow me off.
