I am so sick of the USPS. Is it just Irving or is the whole USA? They can't deliver packages to the right house - they "lost" a large package with several Christmas presents I'd ordered and won't even respond to my requests for help. They say it's delivered, but it wasn't delivered here. I'm beginning to suspect they keep the packages for themselves and just say they've been delivered. I thought the package would be delivered by UPS but it turns out that UPS handed it over to USPS who bungled it again. Next time I'll go with FedEx.

disappointing USPS!!!! Should be fired! Wow, even the Postmaster in my town was ON-HOLD for close to 10 minutes with this Irving office and had to hang up and he gave me a Customer number which doesn't go through. OUR USPS is in shambles. Time to use other alternatives. Years ago I suggested they move to deliver 3 times or 4 times per week in order to profit. Knuckleheads. I wish we could close them down
This post office has lost two of my pkgs after they got to this location in Irving. It took a couple of days to get any one on the phone then she put me on hold for thirty minutes then hung up. They have never found the two pkgs they lost in their postoffice.. now i have another pkg out for deliver they said it was delayed so i haven't gotten it. What's happen to our postal service
This is the most disappointing most inconvenience I have dealt with I wait since 830 for some one to answer than get put on hold for 10 mintutes to be told to call right back becuase she can't page the person I need than the phone is saying disconnected now this shouldn't be ok the fact that these people work here to do this job and don't even attempt to get it done
Why is it that our mail person does not show up on some days and one time they left the mail under a windshield wiper of one of the company trucks, they didn't even come into the office and pick up the outgoing mail.
Who ever answered the phone didn't want to help me when I asked her if she could track my package she said said I needed to track it on line I said I did and it said delivered to a location in Irving, she said if it was here it would say arrived which she said several times I said it states it's been delivered, she had an attitude the whole time I asked again if she could look it up she then said what's the Zips code I asked her if it was the one on the package or where it was delivered to all I heard was a recording she threw me on hold didn't even say she was going to put me on hold and left me there for 6 mins I then hung up and called back asked her for her name and she said the name of the post office she then put me on hold again I hung up to call once more and I got a busy signal called back several times still busy finally my call went through I asked for a manager and she said they were in a meeting I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up
