Numerous Netflix DVD's have come up missing when mailed from the same mail box. The box is the outside mailbox at 77075 (Windmill) station. They have practically cancelled my account as a result.

I was told by the 800 number my package was delivered to 302 Barrow Downs Way, 77034. It was later denied. Why did I get the updated and no package? There a problem going on at Windmill lakes. I was told I live in a high theft area, but the mail must be delivered in order for it to be stolen. Does a postal worker live at the above address. Y'all need to investigate, because being told to put in a request means people with good paying job can just do whatever!

God awful! Had a package that was "attempted" for delivery on June 13, 2020, no notice was delivered on that day, nor was a second notice ever recieved. Not only that, they returned the damn thing and I have no clue what it was or what company it came from, so needless to say I have no way of contacting said company to inquire about a redelivery or a refund. I work for USPS, do your f*cking job lazy asses!

I live in an apartment, I was notified I had a certified letter that I was to sign for. The carrier made no effort to deliver to my apartment. I've made several request to have mail redelivered, carriers refused to do their job to deliver mail as address.

Amazon package is 5 days late. Claim they can't gain access to building. We are a business and are open until 9pm every night. They claim to come by during business hours. Today we watched the mail truck drive through the parking lot and not slow down.

I called May 21,18 @ 12:12pm to get some information about returning keys to the PO Box . I asked a few questions- we moved out of the area because our home destroyed with Harvey , so we re located across town. I did the mistake of having to ask 2 times - could I mail back....."Bruce" very rudely said..." I already told you 2 times" his tone was very rude! Sad that he can talk to a customer like this . I have lived in the area for over 50years , sad that an employee can talk like this!

Twenty five minutes on hold!!! item's tracking number 9261299994627455036158 was supposed to have been delivered on March 20. But it was not in my mailbox. This is the 4th time I have had to track packages. With this type of service the brick and mortar stores should not worry about going out of business. Twenty five minutes on hold!!! I hate to say I'm related to the 1st Post Master General!!

I had Amazon package showed delived by Windmill post office on Wednesday the 7th, stated dropped at front door/porch. Cameras showed mail person never even got out of the mail truck, how is it possible that it delived at front door? Package is big for mailbox, got taken by mailman?

Mail hold almost works. Several days of mail left in box when I returned. My house made uninhabitable by Harvey flooding. Applied for mail forwarding. Called to verify if it went through. Called on phone asking if it went thru, and if there was mail on hold. Man who answered phone said "I can't help you". Thankful that credit card companies are waiving late fees.
