The mail carrier for The Park at Wood Lake location on Westerland Drive has been leaving some mailbox section open when they leave in the afternoon, so anybody could steal someone else's mail. This has happened on more than one occasion. I believe it's a Federal crime to do this. They need to lock the mailboxes shut before they leave. Thanks!

Locations 3836 S. Gessner the older guy that had the long beard and ponytail is horrible!!!!!!!!!! He called me "girl" spoke with a terrible attitude and wasn't helpful at All! Employee mentioned he doesn't care about the USPS or the government because he's leaving the company with retirement checks. Location 8728 Beverly Hills employees are lazy, they lack any skills for having an attentive attitude for customers. The women at the counter went to the back didn't ask if I needed help before she left for 5 minutes. Mean while as a first timer I had no clue how to mail my packages.
No help I felt like I was in a foreign country and couldn't speak English. Then there was the Rogerdale location where I should have went from the beginning. Ms. K was wonderful very helpful! Not sure if she was new but she was just what I needed after the other horrible experiences at the other locations. Thanks Ms. K!
