Worst post office in the area. We have a paycheck mail from Houston every Friday. We do not get the check until Thursday or Friday of the following week. Should not take this long. Stuff getting delivered to different addresses. Things getting lost in the mail. Just really crappy service from this post office. Plus, you can never get anybody to answer the phone there. Plus, you can never get someone to answer the phone there.

We moved recently and we get someone else’s mail constantly and neighbors get ours. Lost checks in the mail, our car inspection sticker was lost and we had to mail again. Neighbors get our packages and we get theirs. All day they complain and nothing changes. I’ve called and reported...never get a live person.

The Horseshoe Bay Postal Service has to be the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with! Packages never get delivered and the employees are the rudest people I’ve met in my life!!!
