Postal Locations

Whenever our normal guy is off we don’t receive our mail. I talked with him this morning and he said he was off on Fri 6/14 and Sat 6/15 and we did not receive our mail. This is the second time I have reported this so I would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible! Thank you

Fo over two and a half months I have not been receiving my mail like you're supposed to. I am lucky to get delivery twice a week. We have complained and it is a one week fix. Now we are back to not receiving our mail again. Mail is supposed to be delivered 6 days a week not once maybe twice if we are Lucky. I wish they would fix this, because when bills are late due to mail pick up or delivery It's NOT GOOD! and yes this has happened. Not 1 person at this post office has helped us. We had to go complain to the Post Master General.

Was there 3 or 4 days ago and it was chaos. The one older black woman was so rude, I could not believe. She'd shout out "what do you need?" and was not friendly AT ALL. I kept thinking maybe she'd had a bad day, but good grief, don't yell at the customers. I was in there more than 15 minutes to buy stamps.

Worst post master ever they keep saying they have no access to deliver my package bit they delivered the other package and broke it. At same time they said they couldn't deliver other package probably couldn't deliver because you broke the contents of other package and box was smashed i guess they dropped or threw my package at front door. They should have to be responsible for the 165.00 contents in the box. . They need to be be watched over they are a joke

Make apt for passport.

Just want to mention at the Hatlom City, Post office outside mailbox seems to be full. When I put in 2 pieces of mail in it I could see other mail all the way at the top about 8 or so inches below the outside. If a person wanted to I suppose anybody could put their hand in there and pull out some mail. I know that today is a Holiday but I think somebody ought to check it. Thank you

Our mail man of like 15 years retired. Our new mail man sucks. He is rude and he won't deliver our mail when one of our cars is home. Parking is limited on our street, and we have been parking this car as far away from the mailbox as we can so that both of our cars in the driveway can get out. We have been parking here in this manner for 8 to 9 years with no problems or complaints from Stacy our very missed mail man. We are on vincent terrace off of silver sage. Boo too this new and over paid mail man.

This office is a joke. My dogs barked from the yard and the carrier lady left saying "animal interference". I've re-delivered three of their packages to my neighbors in the last two months! At least once a month I have to fetch my mail from an elderly couple on the North side of my neighborhood. This HALTOM CITY POST OFFICE is a REGULAR failure and needs some sort of review. Absolutely awful job.

What's the mailman for the apts on bernice location

No mail has been delivered on Ira St since before valentines day, when can we expect to see maill. Needed medications have been in th mail since 14 Feb 2021. HJS

I’ve been looking for a package that shows delivered on July 11, 2020. I’ve spoke to several people since then and all I hear is “there’s really nothing else I can do.” There have been numerous times that I’ve gotten a text saying my package was scanned and delivered but it didn’t show up for another week or two. This just shows that the system they are using isn’t working. Haltom City residents are constantly complaining on the city’s FB pages because mail is constantly being list, misplaced, left at the wrong address, torn up or just not showing up at all. I’ve lived here for 25 years and it has gotten NO better because it’s a federal job and no one cares. No one is reprimanded or given consequences. So it just continues to happen. It’s an absolute shame that people are struggling through this pandemic and the people with jobs at the USPS don’t care about their jobs. Something needs to be done or it will never change. I’m going to continue to complain until someone at the top either listens or the mail carriers are replaced. I hate to do that but after 25 years of this crap, I’m done being nice.

The last 2 packages that were shipped by mail I did not receive the tracking said they were delivered but they were not delivered to me!! I can’t get these things again because they are sold out I want to trust you guys but it’s getting pretty bad when my neighbor is delivering my mail to me! Please watch the addresses Thanks

My son gets books delivered every month and even though the package clearly says DO NOT BEND the mail lady shoves it in my mailbox. I left a chair outside specifically for the books and she still does it.

Postal service in my complex is not good.... Workers are rude, they put other people’s mail in mail boxes even after telling them (multiple times) not to Outgoing mail will sit in my mailbox until I take it personally to the post office because postal workers are too lazy to take it I live in the North Hills Crest Apartments in Haltom City

I live on Denton Hwy, my carrier trades out my mail and today I got a bill and the envelope was tore completely open. This in not the first time this has happened. If there was a way to file a complaint against the postal service of this city, I would fo it. Seems to me no one really cares.

We live on vicki street in haltom and everyone mail went to the wrong adrees all down our street literally everyone on our side of the street got someones elses mail and now we cant find ours and are expecting things..what is going on with this carrier

This is the second time this year my water payment was not delivered. They waived the late fee the first time but allow only once. The Post Office should pay the $8.97 fee. I reported the first incident to the PO supervisor. A few months later another incident occurred but this time I confronted the mail carrier. Best he could muster was that he was on vacation and another carrier was to blame. Now there's a third incident in 9 months. The City Water dept. informed that the PO lost an entire bag of mail this July, including water payments. They reported it to the Attorney General. What's exasperating this problem to escalate so high? Sabotage? Is the problem being created on purpose so our reaction will force a desired solution for money? If we are forced to pay for everything online then we'll be in a total digital economy that will eliminate physical cash. The ever increasing negative interest rates will be like a tax for the big banks. To the mail handlers blessed with a job: I will continue to pay my bills with a stamp... all I ask is that my letters are not lost and will be delivered as addressed. Thank you.

I have a PO Box at the Haltom City post office I get the wrong mail in my box and other people get mine. Now I have a lost delivery of checks. This is not the first time my mail was lost or delivered to the wrong box and this is the same at my house.

First, I made a special trip to the office to buy a book of stamps. The worker informed me that they didn't have any, their manager didn't get them any and I could go to Kroger to get them. This is not the first time this has happen d at this office. This is insane that the USPS doesn't have ant stamps! Very bad management! Second, two female workers sat talking and looking at newspaper ads while I stood in line to be helped with another person waiting behind me. This is not the first time this has happened either. Very bad customer service! Thinking about reporting this to higher authority.

Not consistent at all. Bills and other items are delivered weeks late. There is one carrier out of the seven I've seen who will check for outgoing even if there is no incoming, other than that we go for days without a stop from UPSP.

Mail not delivered sometimes 3 days in a row. No regular mailman, several temps and sometimes after 4-5pm. Time sensitive mail not delivered when it should have been. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Ask for pkgs to not be left by door so no temptation to steal. Still find pkgs in front of door. SO AGGRAVATING!!!

I am not getting all my mail I am late on my bills because of this also did not get a rebate check that was mailed July 18,2016 I live on Cheryl St 76117

I put mail out for pickup both Thursday and Friday, February 26th & 27th, and it was not picked up. I understand we had inclement weather, but what happened to "Rain, snow, sleet or shine . . ." My letter is out for pickup again today, Saturday February 28th. I hope it is picked up today.
