Disappointing employees!!! I had an appointment for passports and was 28 mins late, and there was no grace given. I explained we drove from Frisco, TX and I had my 3 kids out of school to do this and there was a terrible wreck that caused a shutdown. No grace. Was told to leave and make another appointment. Thankfully, the WONDERFUL employees in McKinney, TX let us walk into their post office and get my children’s passports done. Shame on you Groesbeck for not giving grace to unforeseen circumstances, especially when children and school are involved.

I don't know what the deal is with postal workers who deliver the mail in and around town but this makes a few times now we did not get important mail ,after calling ,the places were we bought from and tells us it was delivered, even checking the order numbers and tracking ,we explained it was never delivered, my question is were is our mail, there our doctor prescription class floating around there some where,if it were your, important stuff you would have, but it's beginning to look like you don't care about others people's mail ,maybe you need to find another job and put someone who can deliver mail that knows what there doing and get it to folks on the day it should be.

I was very sad to hear that my favorite employee had to resign from the Groesbeck post office due to a difficult post mistress. This man recently won an award from the community for his excellent and friendly service. This post mistress has been rude to me, refused to look to see if i had a package. So no wonder I ask for Rodney. This woman does not fit in our community.
