Does not deserve to be called a post office. I order packages because I don't have a car and for the last year every package has been marked "delivery attempted" even though they never attempted. Extremely frustrating and they need to replace all the workers.

I live at 523 N Green St and I got mail for 223 W High St. Hate to sound ugly but that absolutely has NOTHING to do with COVID-19!!!

This post office is horrible and do not care about the residents here or our mail. My mail carrier leave all of my packages either rubber banned to my mailbox or on the ground beside my mailbox on the road. I have taken pictures every time she does it and have SEVERAL pictures and videos. She has even left my package in the rain on top of my mailbox. She has not once even stopped and honked even though I’m always home. The first time I contacted the postmaster, they emailed me and said they would address the situation and make sure it stops. The second time, they said they were not obligated to leave it on the porch or stop and honk. I just now got an email that the mail carrier attempted to leave my package at my house but no one was home. I was here and I watched her drive right by without stopping. I called the post office and they said my packages were there at the office. I asked why they weren’t delivered to my home and the only response was “I have no idea, you just need to come and get them.” And she hung up the phone. I do not trust my mail with these people.
