Spent the last 3 days trying to get in contact with these actual clowns and no luck. Packages I ordered for Christmas gifts to others are just arriving at wrong addresses constantly and the mail ladies seem to just hate doing their jobs idk, maybe they just lack basic reading comprehension and never got past the 3rd grade. Is so impressive they landed thus job for sure but I'm still mad that I can order expensive ass items from Amazon and they just disappear until a neighbor decides to do these people's job and bring me me my mail.
I received a letter that was mailed to the wrong address. I put it back in my mailbox to be picked up and raised the red flag. That was 3 days ago. My red flag is still up, and the letter that was supposed to get to someone is still sitting in my mailbox! Looks like a check and I am sure they are wondering where it is!! Where is our mail person?? I have been calling the Graford Post Office all day and getting a recording saying the line is busy. I have never seen such unprofessional service.
Today I received a package it was left at the mailbox on the highway, Last week I received a certified letter, instead of bringing it to me a note was left in my box notifying me of it. My package was not cheap an anyone could have gotten it. I just moved here a couple months ago. but I've never known a postal service to be so unprofessional.
I was to get a check mailed from Austin 15 days ago. I still have not received it. Last month I had a letter delivered that took 12 days from Bedford (only 2 hours away).
Used to be such a helpful and easy place to get my mail and pick up packages. Now it's a fight just to get my stuff. I'm always getting other peoples mail and the rude lady has started returning to sender as soon as something gets delivered to the post office when it's got my physical address on it. (We filled out a form to foward anything with our physical address to our PO box when we first bought our box and NEVER had a problem until the past 6 months) about to put a mailbox back up at our residence(physical address) so I can stop dealing with the rude lady!! Absolutely fed up with the Graford post office. I'm tired of being talked down to as well! Never had this bad of an issue with any other post offices where we had previously lived!!!
You cant gwy help, post master is not a people person he is rude. This is a small town post office e we have always been able to get help till now cant seem to get mail in the right po. Box I always have someone else's mail in my box he needs to know this is a small town post office!
