Walking into the Ennis post office is like stepping back in time into a different era where the employees are friendly, know some customers by their first and or last name, service is as quick as it can be, and the facility is clean and uncluttered. I always enjoy interacting with the staff. Best of all, they have former military service members employed there and it’s always a privilege to end up at their register. New crew is experiencing some minor learning-curve issues with deliveries and timelines of putting out PO Box Mail, but that’s to be expected and will iron itself out over time as they get into their groove.

I have my last name posted on my box and yet I am still getting stacks of mail for other people. The label says "[last name] only".Also, EVERY piece of hand addressed personal mail I have received in the last two months has been torn open.

Mail carrier delivering our mail to another address, and then that neighbor delivers it to us.
