Our mail is delivered from this post office location. There are days they don't deliver to the large complex where I lease an apartment.. A certified letter I requested to be be delivered 5 days ago is yet to be delivered. There are problems and corrections are needed. The USPS is now reliable anymore. Congress needs to look at this.

I reside at 4618 N. Stanton, Unit C-21, 79902, and yesterday I was unable to open my mailbox. It seems that I couldn't get my key in the key hole. I don't know if the lock has been changed or what the problem is, but I need this rectified. I sprayed the keyhole with a lubricant, but am still unable to get my key to open my mailbox. I will try to meet my mail carrier this afternoon and ask him to help me get any mail I may have, but I will need this issue resolved. Thank you.

I submitted a temporary change of address on November 3, 2021, effective November 6, 2021. confirmation 2130-7900-0032-1260, however, only a small portion of my mail has been delivered to the temporary address. I returned to El Paso on November 27 and visited the USPS office on Remcon and talked to a supervisor who assured me that this problem would be corrected. Unfortunately, it has not been corrected, since I received daily digests which tell me what mail I have received for that day and I have also received at least two tracking numbers that show the item was delivered to my mailbox, one being a prescription from the VA. This is totally unacceptable performance and I have reported it to the USPS headquarters.

I send a letter with money in 03/03/21 to this address 3505 Idalia av. El Paso Tx. 77930 and still don’t delivery, I been trying to talk with anybody and nobody answer, I’m being tracking to, and since 03/10/21 it’s in the ZC. 77912 this is the track # 70192970000179031790

I placed a "hold mail delivery" (Ref # CAH386802764) to suspend delivery of mail (10/13/20-10/16/20) to our address. When we returned we learned that mail was delivered EVERYDAY during that time. This is NOT the first time this has happened. We need to depend on reliable service. Please address this issue. Thanks.

Order Delivered to Parcel locker on October 5, 2020 . The key provided for locker does not work. Been trying to get help since, no success. Local postal service unable to help. National call center cannot assist. Left a message for the postman in the box, he ignores it.

I thought I was the only one getting other people mail, and mine being placed on the wrong box, but as I am reading the reviews seems that this service really sucks. Either that or our mail man is pretty irresponsible. I don't mind one or two magazines, but lately I've been missing some important documents, and everytime I have to go to government offices to get replacements, sometimes even pay again. But as I am seeing I guess I have to do it again, because USPS won't do nothing about it.

Case number: USPS 02989101 I had my mail on hold. Delivery was to be resumed September 28. No mail has been received. Yesterday, we received only junk mail flyers. NO regular mail has been received. I know we have important documents coming because I receive an email daily from USPS. What good does it do us to call and get a case number with NO RESULTS? Also, when I call the Coronado Post office in El Paso, I get a message that my call cannot be transferred.

Does anyone ever answer the phone...the 800 # is usless it does not allow for errors due to the machine not able recognize the proper letters in tracking #'s. I have tried for 8 days to get a human on the line but to no avail.All I want is to find my package. I also have a handicap and use a walker and am unable to travel all over to wait for nothing. Not impressed. ..poor public relations.

I TOTALLY agree !! Both the local phone contact and callback system via the 1-800 service is worthless the check on a package so it is not returned to sender.

I would like to know why I am constantly getting my neighbors mail... I have to be handing them their mail and hope that my mail is not wondering around the neighborhood... today I had to deliver some mail three and half blocks away only because one of the letters said Child Support Division and felt it was very import to my neighbor... I don’t think it’s my job but due to careless it’s been my job lately.... Can anything be done to correct this problem???? Thank you....

Dear Sir/ Madam, Referring to USCIS's message which I received on Sep 05, 2017 kindly be informed that USCIS has sent my PRC (Permanent Resident Card) on March 02, 2017 to my address and based on their message the US post services shows delivery on March 06, 2017 with tracking number 9205590153708485183807. but unfortunately please be informed that I have not received any PRC yet!!!! We're lucky to keep the same mailman for any length of time. This year, the service has reached a new low. The delivery drivers they hire are subcontractors who don't even wear USPS uniforms. Oftentimes, they dump the packages outside our gate without ringing the bell or trying the gate handle. It's laziness, plain and simple. My son's 400.00 package was tossed on the ground outside the gate -- with my wife and I watching through the window. When confronted, the driver shrugged and said, "my bad." No apology, nothing. Piss-poor service!

Why does one have a phone number if it is always "off the hook" or no answer EVERY TIME we call. Then you wonder why you are at risk of going out of business.....I'll tell you why.....Poor Customer Service. Avoiding the people that need your services is bad business

I am not one to complain, but I moved in 8.3.2015, and it is now 8.27.2015- I still dont have a mail key. I dont know how a guy who makes keys for a living can screw up a mold on a mailbox, but you did it. and now it has been two days since I was promised a call back to get this fixed. I have called you 13 times today and no answer- I called elsewhere to ensure you are open, and you are. so explain why you make a disabled army wife with no transportation a last priority? Seriously? I have weeks of mail and packages sitting in there, and I will be SO pissed if they are sent back. NOT f***ING OKAY.

I have a substitute postman again and your service SUCKS ! No mail Tuesday 6/16/2015, no mail Wednesday 6/17/15n and today I STILL DID NOT GET my ads. they usually come Tuesdays. I know why I use UPS and DHLwhen I can, I cannot trust the USPS. And you keep going up in price for BAD service?
