They talked to me wrong and as soon as I responded to the guy other desk the same way he was talking to me, they call security and kick me out. They should really specify the requirements for the passport before someone else go like I did and for them just to embrace me in front of everyone.
Very poor service. Today is 2/19/21 and I have received no mail in the last 5 days even those I get daily emails from USPS stating that I have mail. No answer when I call. Don't blame the weather, do your job.
Going from bad to worse. I often order online and recently my packages are going missing. Tracking numbers given from the sellers mark as delivered, but there is nothing in my box. The cluster service is trash, too. Wrong packages delivered to me, God knows who got mine. Lost about 4 already. Also, the mailman keeps putting packages in cluster-boxes that you can clearly see the locks are broken, so anyone can take them out. And if you try to go to the office for a lost package, don't expect help. The manager there kept asking me to provide an american USPS tracking number for a package from China!! That is dumb! He refused to help at all if I didn't have a tracking from THEM for a package coming from OUT of the country! Very disappointed and upset.
Very bad service, I haved 2 packages apparently delivered on y address or parcel box and don't appear nothing of packages; is not the first time I haved on past problems with wrong tracking numbers and mistake packages in other addresses, or delivered in wrong directions, on the past put a reclaime with fbi and police reports is factible, because the local mail mans haved many mistakes.
The driver gives absolutely no time to get to the door before driving off, so I’m forced to have to call the post office to talk to a supervisor and get someone to come back. I have the luxury of having security cameras that show the driver waiting barely two minutes and then driving off. This is a regular occurrence and frankly I’m not confident that’s it’s being addressed. I was told by a supervisor that they can only wait five minutes or so. I wish that were true so that I wouldn’t have to keep calling.
The worst post office I've ever dealt with. packages and Important documents are always given to the wrong people I have had this happen to me more than six times in the last year. I have had a check for work of $4,000 placed in the wrong po box and that person threw it in the garbage and that's where I found it so frustrated with this post office
