Postal Locations

One question I changed my address on the 8th of June and I still getting mailed on my old address and on my app it still says that same address where I used to live ..how long does it take to take in effect about the address change??

My package wrapped in a plastic bag was thrown to the dogs inside the gate because it didn’t fit in the mail box. Delivery man didn’t leave a note nor honked to see if someone was there, he just passed by and throw the package to the dogs who started destroying the package right away. I talked to the supervisor and he said that the service was ok nothing wrong with it because the package didn’t fit on the mail box, even though he saw the dogs that that was fine. Unbelievable, terrible service so disappointed about Donna Post Office services, no wander why they have so many negative comments on their page. Hopefully someone will talk to them and let them see that they’re wrong.
