Postal Locations

We love our PO these days! The new clerk is great!! She greets us with a smile and bids us a “have a great day” farewell every visit. She is always happy, upbeat and respectful. She is very helpful not with just what we need when we come in but with others. Not to mention it’s a lot cleaner and organized looking since she arrived. Thank you Stacie, you’re doing a great job! Now if only we could get more PO employees working with the public to be more like this, I’m sure there would be a lot more satisfied customers like me.

I despise this location. The staff are friendly enough, but half the locks on the PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are broken. I waited a week nearly for my PO box that I had just bought to be fixed - not to mention I was given the wrong set of keys the first time and made 2 more trips for the correct ones. The employee took one of my two keys, that I paid $6 for, and has never returned it. They're open for 4 hours or so on a daily basis and that is so inconvenient. That alone has had me on the brink of never owning a PO box in this town again, and just having my mail delivered directly to my door. My packages are ALWAYS late. The entire reason I'm now deciding to write a review on this location is that I was left a Parcel Locker key & it doesn't even open the locker. It's broken. My packages were already 1 day late due to this location, and now they will be 2 days late. One package is animal feed that I desperately need as my pet has no food now - DUE TO THE LATE ARRIVAL. I'm sick of having to deal with this location.
