Every time I try to call this post office they let the phone ring a few times, then switch over to a busy signal and hang up. I'm having problems with a pkg. delivery, mail carrier said I had to call this specific station, and I try but no one will answer the phone. Sucky customer service, USPS!

This is the slowest postal location I have been to in years. Nobody here cares about customer service. I've been in line for 25 minutes and they have helped five people. Three of the five are in a row at the counter still waiting for the service to be completed. It's truly outrageous. There are six more behind me and still only one person at the counter. Plus one offering to help anybody with change of address... Really?!
