Postal Locations

Our postal carrier refuses to deliver our parcels. Sometimes he'll leave our parcels on the ground outside our gate so transients or weather can compromise our packages or leave "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" slips in our mailbox. All the postal carrier has to do is pull up to our gate for entry, poor service. I even have a huge sign stating entry instructions, my guess is he can't even read.

I have had multiple problems with the Northaven post office location with my mailbox and P.O.. Box. I have moved my office to the Merrell Rd location and the mail service was horrible for the past 4 yrs. I would receive mail from other business but not mine. They would only deliver mail when they felt like it. When j did get mail it would be from 3 months of posted date?.?. Decided I could not rely on the regular mail, so I rented a po box and the service was great for the first 6 months. After I renewed my po box, I all of a sudden started to not get notifications, and when I did, i would go get my mail and no mail would be in my box. Had enough called the location and spoke with someone and said the system got hacked????? Okay well why did you not inform your customers?.?. Please fix this problem my business depends on this service.
