Postal Locations

Recently, my husband's credit card payment never was received. This is not the first time this year that payments and such do not get to their destination. Unable to complain or report because telephone line is constantly busy. I lost the key to my community mail box. I went to the Coldspring, Tx post office on Oct 18, 2021 and paid $30 to have a new lock installed. On Oct 22, 2021 the lock had not been replaced, so I went to the post office to question why. The post master told me that they were short handed and could not tell me when the lock will be changed. In the mean time I have no access to my mail. On Oct 27, 2021 the lock still has not been changed and I still do not have access to my mail. I again went to the post office to speak with the post master. I was given the same excuse that they are short handed and was not given a date when the lock will be changed. I requested that the mail in my box be provided to me, the PM indicated it would be provided tomorrow. Lets see what tomorrow brings

PLEASE STOP using the package lockers at the mail box locations in Lake Livingston Acres. Someone is breaking into them. I am out a $30 order from Amazon because the postal carrier used the locker at the end of S. Murray for my package. It is now gone. This is not the first time this has happened. Delivery to the property owners location is a must, PLEASE.
