I was wondering when we can expect mail again. We have not had any mail delivery since Saturday, January 28, 2023. I know the storm was a factor but really we should have had service this week. Thank you. Waiting on 1099 and W2 information for taxes.

I don't understand why the mail ladys can't even get the addresses right for someone mail box I am always getting some body package in my mail box and the bad thing is it is not even my address

I do not understand why nobody answers the number listed for this post office during working hours! I know they can and know there are enough employees there that know how to answer the phone. Not a way to conduct business!

I've been trying to call the 512-321-6270 phone number listed above since 6a this morning (it is now 9a) and it has been busy for 3 hours.

Just tried to call to find out how to purchase and have stamps delivered to my mailbox.... Got no answer and answering machine turned off...GREAT - now after 3 wks in ICU I gotta try to go in person to get stamps - GREAT JOB

Call the local Cedar Creek office just to get some pricing on PO Boxes due to the fact that my husband's disabled and can't use a computer and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and said I don't do pricings over the phone and hung up on my husband so because of this I really advise people not to use this location because obviously the person is not friendly to disabled people.

My grandparents received a package of meds from express scripts and the 3 of the meds were damaged and the mailman/woman left the huge package in the mailbox. My grandparents have some medical issues that make it hard to walk to the mailbox every day. I took pics of the meds and am going to get ahold of express scripts and complain also.
